Their office staff and techs are always professional and do good work. The latest incident was with my A/C unit. Kyle was able to help me fix my issue with a phone call. We contacted Prairie Sons to look at a leak through our light fixture after a large rain. This was not something the plumber could address. Frank from Prairie Sons contacted a handyman and set it up for him to contact us.

We requested the $77 annual maintenance. The tech that came out told me to go buy a part on Amazon and install it myself. He reinstalled the part incorrectly and had to come back later that day. While he was cleaning the inside he knicked the coil so the freon leaked out. Another tech came back 2x to look at this issue. They told me we needed a new A/C unit and charged us over $400 for them to look at a mistake they made.

They took no ownership over the fact they made a mistake. Before they did "General maintenance" we had a perfectly running A/C unit. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this company.

Over the weekend I placed an emergency call. When they returned my call, they gave me a couple of tips to try to save me from having them come out. In the end, the tips worked and my appreciation for them grew. These are the kind of people you want to give your business.

Everything went great from the original purchase of the tub, removal (cleaned up after) installation of tub and come back after all the ceramic tile was installed. Quality work, experienced, and just a great experience front to back. Highly recommended! Service: Shower installation

I live over an hour away from their company on an acreage. This past winter when our first negative temperature winter storm hit they came out on a Friday night and got our heat up and running. Once again in my antique home but now during the heat wave my AC stops working. I called back and scheduled an appointment, they got me on the calendar for Friday.

Instead of just showing up and driving out here to inspect. Brain calls me and walks us through a few things and gets out AC running again! He didn't have to take his evening away form his family to help us, but he did! We are so happy and forever loyal to this company!
