Yesterday's temperature was 109 degrees. Our AC quit blowing cold air at midnight. I called Fulkerson first thing this morning, happily I was worked into their maintenance schedule. By 11:30, problem was found and fixed by their expert, Terry. I have depended on them since 1995-best, and most reliable service in the Roswell/Dexter/ARTESIA area. Great company. I am a person that relies on word of mouth for honorable businesses. I highly recommend them. My technician John is a wonderful, kind, friendly person. He got my AC working in no time at all.

I called and gave them a brief rundown and description of the problem. The Technician Mr Greathouse showed up actually listened made my needed repair and was done and gone in 30 minutes. I will recommend their services and use them from now on for all my HVAC repair and or replacement needs.

Fulkerson goes out of their way to assist their customers. They replaced my central heating and air today, and even though there were a couple issues requiring a different system to be used, they listened to my concerns, and went out of their way to meet my needs. They listened to and answered my questions, and offered alternatives within my budget. Definitely my go to company for all HVAC issues!

David really listened to what I was looking for in an office chair (and had never quite been able to find). He was able to immediately show me the perfect chair--no fuss, no muss. We looked at a few others so I could see my options, but that first one was exactly right. It's been two months and I love it--no back/neck pain for the first time in my life. David knows furniture backward and forward, and it was a pleasure working with him. Plus, the price was awesome.

Fulkerson helped coordinate my office move. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Matt was great in the planning process. Jake, Ben, Walt, Eric, and JR made sure everything went smoothly. Very responsive to requests for changes mid-move. Highly recommend!

Today was the hottest day of the year and my AC was not cool. It was after hours and I called John. He came to my quickly. John was very professional, so kind and understanding.he fixed my problem! Fulkerson should be very proud of such a wonderful and dedicated employee.

Fulkerson Services always does their best to give quality service under the circumstances.

Never work for them they put their worker's in dangerous conditions moving furniture with no shoe's on and Linda is a bias racial boss who need to be looked at for descrimindiscr actions. Her son's as well for telling worker's to remove shoe's and move heavy furniture for a well padded pocket.

I have purchased furniture, file cabinets and chairs from Fulkerson for twenty six years. They helped me when we started our law firm and resources were scarce. I purchased quality furniture at a great price. What a resource. Todd Wisner

We needed to have our heater serviced. Being we are landlords and are not from this area, we knew of Fulkerson because they are down the street from one of our houses. From the beginning of phone call and service received, the customer service was great. Technician wasn't going to be at the home till 2-5pm. The technician called and was able to be here 12:30. Matt was friendly, informative, great customer service and got our old heater going.

We will be replacing it eventually for a new central heat and air. Fulkerson will definitely be reviewed to buying and installing new unit. My husband and I have been in customer service for almost 40 years and Fulkerson has exceeded that standard. We highly recommend this company.

We had a new HVAC installed recently. Thank you to Michael and Derek. Michael kept us informed of what was going on and what would be taking place. I appreciate their professionalism. So far our unit works well and are impressed with the performance. I highly recommend Fulkerson.

Jonathan Purkey with Fulkerson was able to come to my house at the date and time that I requested. He was very thorough in evaluating what I needed and provided four estimates for a new air conditioning unit and ductwork. Once I decided which system I was going with, they were able to come out to begin install within just a couple days. They were done with everything in two and a half days and I am very satisfied with the air flow and temperature in the house now.

John is such a wonderful technician! He is knowledgeable, punctual, and is able to answer any question one might ask. John is also very kind and respectful. This business sells new and used office furniture. The service was very warm and Mom and pop like, kinda like an old country store reminiscent of village gate. I enjoyed my visit.

They were very nice but we are looking for a little higher quality than they had.

I was helped by Brandon Weeks in purchasing my office furniture. The desk and credenza were absolutely beautiful! The furniture was used, however when it was delivered to me it looked brand new! All drawers were replaced with new bearings, and all pieces were finished like new. The price was very fair, and there was a team of 5 men to delivery it to my home.
