I highly recommend Laconia Refrigeration for ALL HVAC services! I had a complex issue with my AC unit this past week. My compressor was shutting my system down, they brought a new compressor which gave a struggle which they went and brought a new unit and that challenged them, to say the least. On Saturday Steve and Jerry worked extremely hard to make sure my unit was up and running, to ensure I had AC for the upcoming heat coming in! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK & EFFORTS. We had an issue with our heat in our condo. We had 2 different HVAC people come look at it. One charged for a part they "needed to replace" and never returned our calls and another left, without charging but they didn't know how to get it working. LRNEM came out and new exactly what the problem was an had the work done in a short amount of time. We won't bother with anyone else in the future.

It is very sad to hear how unprofessional their workers are to sit in a work vehicle swearing loud enough for people in the next vehicle to hear it especially knowing their are children in the vehicle that don't need to hear that kind of language and then for one of the workers to be checking out females walking past in the vehicle is not what I would call appropriate work place behavior and when you call in to the office they offer no assistance

These guys are rock stars.very professional and highly technically competent. i have had 2 other "Big" fuel delivery companies look at problems and after calling in at least 1 if not 2 other guys it seems like a "best guess" as to the problem.
