I have used Comfort Engineering for my home and my office. I had an issue at home where I thought the motor seized. This was late on a Sunday in the hottest June on record. I called to be put on the repair list because I knew they were getting a lot of calls. I also sent an email with all of the serial numbers and and UPCs that I could find attached as images.
I get a call at 7:30 a.m. Monday morning saying that a repair person would be at my house with a new motor. I met the tech at the house, and he had the unit up and going within 30 minutes. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

My parents used Comfort Engineering for their AC needs for decades. Since they passed away last spring, my sister and I have needed their help as well. Always prompt and efficient. Fixed every problem, once as simple as a loose wire, without going straight to suggesting a complete unit replacement. Rare these days! The realtor handling the sale of their property wanted to know the age of the two AC units at the house. I had no clue. I called Comfort for help on that. Within minutes, they were able to give me that information. Above and beyond in all respects.

We had been without heat for the last 2 days while we waited on our warranty company to remedy our situation. They could not come thru so I decided to call comfort. remind you this was New Year's Eve and they came out and had the part on within an hour. They will be my go to if I have any heating/AC issues. I would recommend comfort everyday of the week. The tech guys that came out were very professional.

The folks at Comfort Air are professional, caring, and "on the ball". They replaced two heat/air units for me. I was very pleased with the service and follow up. I sent them to my moms home to take care of her air conditioning needs also. I highly recommend Comfort Air and I am so glad they have been in business in Tupelo so many years.

I called Comfort Engineering to give me a quote on fixing my AC unit after my compressor died. They drove out to my house, looked at my unit, and gave me a quote. Not only was their quote the highest of anyone I called, they also charged me for them coming to give me the quote. If you are looking for a quote, be aware that you will get charged for it if you find someone who can do the work for cheaper (and everyone I talked to was cheaper).
