I have used Gelinas on multiple occasions, from a simple break fix to an extremely complex new high efficiency condensate boiler installation, couldn't have been happier each time. The Gelinas crew always comes prepared for any outcome and every staff member is courteous and professional. Masks and shoe coverings are always in place, and the safety of all is paramount. I respect their maintenance of the entire central A/C system and their ability to diagnose any potential issues before they become urgent. I am always impressed that Gelinas mixes up its own solutions to be able to service my (and others) aging central A/C.

Even through the pandemic, I have been able to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The office staff are really nice folks and very accommodating. I hope to be doing business with Gelinas for a very long time. I know that it's an overused phrase, but they are simply the best! Thank you.

We received a quote from this company. They came to our house quickly, and were very friendly and professional. They sent us a quote quickly with a detailed professional proposal. They also informed us about potential safety concerns. They seem like a great company to work with!

I moved into a new home and within a week the heating system went. I called Gelinas and talked with Lisa who was helpful and followed up on my appointment for that day. Andrew, Miguel, Niles, David and the plumber, Erick showed up and put a whole new system in for me. The team was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Gelinas installed our heat pump and propane on demand hot water and baseboard heat into our new house. First off our heat pump failed after 3 1/2 years. It took several tech visits and over 2 thousand dollars to determine the failure was in a part that should have been warranted. they tried to say we were past warrantee because they used a part that was old.

I called them on the fact that they didn't even install it until 2 years later. Last winter our propane on demand heater failed. we hired a new hvac company. evidently Gelinas put in an antiquated system and did a very messy job. Today after 5 years in our new home our heat pump failed again. I have reach out to Gelinas to ask for help on the labor and parts relief. they are giving us no help. I would never hire them again.

I rarely write reviews but based on the amazing experience my family and I experienced with Gelinas recently, and the installation of our new Viessman Boiler, I felt it important to complete a review on this fantastic experience. The heating engineers (Justin and Andrew) were exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and always personable.

We have four large dogs and they were fantastic with them. The Gelinas team worked tirelessly for 3 solid days and their professionalism was outstanding. When an issue arose towards the beginning of the job, there was a teamwork approach, which also included the owner coming to the site and problem solving the issue. The team were clean, very supportive to the homeowner on efficiencies with the new boiler.

The engineers came back another day to fire up the boiler for testing and running needs. Great customer service from start to finish - Jake, Diane and lastly follow up customer service email. I truly fun experience, which is not said very often when it comes to large scale home improvement experiences. I would highly recommend using Gelinas for any heating/cooling engineering needs.

Totally appalled by this company. ZERO "trouble work" was done before they came to the house for an outage that could have been prevented for THEM and us by asking a simple question. Not a company i would ever recommend.

We were looking to get an HVAC last year so we received a quote. Due to Covid and job losses we had to wait until this year. We dealt with the new owner Justin and he was courteous and professional. There was a misunderstanding with the Maine efficiency rebate and Justin gave us free service for two years to offset the costs that weren't even the fault of the company! I would highly recommend them and the unit was installed to perfection with a very professional friendly crew.

My husband and I were very pleased with our installers Ethan and Andrew and the entire crew that was involved. They were extremely courteous and pleasant during the two day process. My Fujitsu HVAC system was installed 4-30-21 and I am extremely pleased. Four men came promptly on time. Cameron, Andrew and two Ethan's. All were professional, courteous, wore masks, booties, and put down protectors on my floors & carpets. They were outstanding, hard workers & gave me excellent service. Upon leaving they cleaned up everything.

Very happy with Gelinas HVAC! The process from initial contact, to estimate, to install went great. Bill was very knowledgeable, with great ideas to solve our HVAC issues. The people who did the work were all pleasant, efficient and thorough. They moved an existing A/C condenser unit and added a second unit. Great experience!

I had a furnace, oil tank, indirect water heater and a split pump put in. Everyone in this process was excellent. Matt, in sales, Diana in the office and installation crew, Ethan, Chris, Carmen and the plumber were by far the best and most professional group that I've seen. All were personable and hard working. Our boiler/hot water system was not working consistently and after a few cold showers, I knew we had to do something. We received 3 options from Gelinas which were fully explained and we appreciated. The technicians came on time, left our basement cleaner than when they found it, and we now have heat/hot water at all times.even with multiple showers going! I highly recommend this company for your heating, hot water, and air conditioning needs!
