These are the best in keeping your furnace going all year and come in plenty of time to have your furnace ready for the next season. They come out twice a year and give it a good cleaning and checkup, and change the filter on the unit. There were other problems that had to be remedied before broke on me and Ryan took care of the problem then. Ryan did an excellent job and also explained what he did. He was very polite and even my fur babies like him. Thank you Ryan and Air Masters.

We had Airmasters replace our HVAC package unit, and they were kind and quick. I compared several different companies in Rome and found them the most affordable, and have been very pleased with my experience. AirMasters replaced both my HVAC Units last year. Install was amazing and fast. They came back out in Spring 2020 to perform the AC Tune up and just today for the Heating Tune up. Ryan is awesome. I had the most amazing experience today with Airmasters. Rick and Ryan came over today within the first 15 min of my appointment window. I had a bad experience the prior day with a competitor and I told them I felt like I was being scammed into buying a new unit. They were very kind and took pictures for me so I could see the things I was concerned about.
They did a thorough review of my entire system and concluded that my system was functioning just fine and all I really needed was a tune-up. This company is the truth. Rick and Ryan were honest, educational, and efficient. I felt like I had family with me looking out for my best interests. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

We had a wonderful experience with Airmasters. We easily scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time. Chris was very thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he had found. He gave us options on the repair. He even offered several pointers on the importance of maintenance and replacing the filters. I would highly recommend this company and in particular this service agent. He kept us updated on the arrival of the parts and fixed our air conditioner in a very timely manner. He even called us to follow-up after the repairs had been made.

Chris C, the AirMasters Heating Repairman who came to repair the heating unit at my Bartlett, TN house was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately replaced a malfunctioning element in the heating unit with a new one he had on hand. I will definitely recommend AirMasters to my neighbors, friends, and relatives because of my complete satisfaction with Chris C.'s work and professionalism; and would use their services again, should the need arise. I had written this yesterday dont understand why it didnt go through! We had an emegency last evening and not only did Donnie come over to the house at 7 last night but also had a big smile on his face. He told us everything he was going to do before he did it. He is very professional and curteous! I have been with your company for a long time and he is by far the BEST! We def want him everytime!
