Very positive experience. They had to coordinate with another contractor who was building a platform for the equipment and they made it work, and were extremely focused on making sure everything was just right during and after the installation.

We purchased our home and there was a heating issue on the day of closing. We needed a second opinion and Atlantic came highly recommended. From the first contact they were awesome and saw us through a lengthy "hold" time while waiting for a part needed to make the permanent fix. This company was excellent to work with! The people that I set up my appointment with/office were exceptionally nice and helpful. My technician Mr. Ruiz was amazing. He was respectful of the COVID issue wore mask and footies and stayed in the area he was working and stayed 6ft or more from me as well. He was on time, professional, kind, knowledgeable, explained everything and even told me a better way to get the most fir my money/service. The company is very reasonable and I will call them AND ask for Mr. Ruiz again as well when I need something else. I Highly recommend this company and technician.

Not only did he and his co-worker, Zach work in difficult conditions, but they did so consistently, kindly, and all while being extremely helpful and informative. Tim did an excellent job of analyzing my A/C unit, repairing it, and a needed seasonal maintenance checkup. He explained everything he was doing and showed me the faulty parts. Very respectful of wearing booties when entering my home. I was actually surprised that he came out today in the midst of a rain storm! I would definitely use the business again and give Tim very high marks for a job well done.

This was our first time doing business with Atlantic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc. We contracted them for our HVAC maintenance agreement along with an electronic filter system. Duane was our tech and called me, 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment, to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and professional. When he arrived he covered his boots as to protect my hardwood floors, explained everything thoroughly before he began, communicated each time he exited and entered my home, answered all my questions, explained everything including my system to me upon completion, and he left the work area clean when he was finished.

Overall he was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and a likeable person who did a great job representing not only himself but Atlantic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc as well. More people should follow his example of a model employee, how to represent a company and superior customer service! Kudos to you Duane!

I also recently had the pleasure of working with Jorge Ruiz who is both knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they were able to work around my schedule.
