Our electrical panel needed to be replaced due to an emergency. We called no less than 10 other companies and had a variety of responses (from weeks long wait to outrageous bids!). When we contacted Airprompt, they immediately were responsive and problem solving for us.from the person who answered the phone (Brooke?), to her supervisor who immediately connected us with John, the owner. John assessed our needs and offered to move 2 of his electricians from another job to install our new panels THE NEXT DAY.their price was incredibly fair, their work was immaculate.

They were nice, professional, knowledgable.it's too bad you don't need electricians all the time. The experience was that positive! The electricians were experts, beyond just technical knowledge. This is the second time in the last 5 years I have had the pleasure of using AirPrompt. Brian and Matt came out and replaced my unit. They did a fantastic job! It works better than it ever has. Both Brian and Matt were extremely professional and so polite! Also they did such a great job cleaning up after themselves that by the time they left aside from the ice cold Air you could not even tell they were here. I cannot even say enough about the professionalism from these two young men. I would absolutely recommend air prompt to anyone that needs professional service.

I manage a property mgmt company and we have used Air Prompt since about 2011. We have installed many units over the years, and repairs. This is an excellent company and they will make the professional recommendation. I just had the Franklin 16 SEER 4 ton installed at my personal home and it is very quiet, and I got a 10 yr warranty on parts and labor.

My wife and I live in Clearwater/Safety Harbor and one day our A/C kept freezing over. For the life of us we couldn't get the house to stay cool. After an hour or so of sweating profusely we called about 3 HVAC companies for quotes. Airprompt was able to understand the issue just by having a simple conversation over the phone. Within hours there technician CJ came over on his way home to be done for the day and went out of his way to come see how he could fix the problem.

Within a few days they had the coil in to repair the unit and had everything taken care of and fixed in a matter of hours. Overall Airprompt was quick and easy to work with. We appreciate everything you've done and will be your raving fans to anyone that is in need of your services.

Very happy with their service. They replaced the breaker box on my power pole with a much better one and installed a 230 volt outlet for my welder and a standard outlet for Christmas lights. Air Prompt made replacing my AC system quick and painless! The president of the company John, was able to come give me a quote as soon as they could. He was knowledgeable and professional. The install went very smooth thanks to Brian, Mike and Matt who were able to get it done in about 4 hours. They communicated their timeline with me and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I will be recommending Air Prompt!

Airprompt certainly earns their name. Brian, Mike, and Scott were the technicians who installed our new air system, ducts and all. Not only were they prompt, they were efficient, and professional. Great guys, took the time to go over all the details. I'll admit we have used them for years for all our other houses, rentals included.
