I was looking for someone to come out to service my HVAC system due to my AC only cooling off one zone in a two story home. I called Wright's Heating & AC, spoke to someone about my issue, and was told that it was a minor issue, and that they would walk me through how to fix it. It was unbelievable that someone would be gracious enough to do this.vice sending a technician out on a service call. IMHO most companies would have sent someone out, charged an absurd fee to do so, and probably would have suggested repairs that weren't even needed. Whenever I need to have my HVAC system serviced/repaired, Wright's Heating & Air Conditioning will be my first choice.

Wrights's is that rare old fashioned American Company that takes pride in what they do, and they deliver, period. Very respectful staff, highly competent, and fair prices. Wright's has been my choice for over ten years, and I am very pleased.

I had a wonderful experience. I purchased a new compressor from them a little over a year ago, and during the extremely high temperatures we experienced last week my lines were freezing up and my home was almost 100 degrees inside. I keep the filters changed so I knew it wasn't that. God knows I was broke, but I just couldn't take the heat any longer.

The kind gentleman came out promptly the same day I called, said I was a little low and needed about 2 lbs. I inquired about cost and started "robbing Peter to pay Paul". Pulling from different accounts because all I could think of was finally having a good nights sleep in cool air. To my surprise, the young man came in made sure the vents were open and proceeded to take temperatures.

It had already dropped to 87. When I went to hand him the money, he looked at me and said, "I'm going to work with you, it's just going to cost you one." I said, "thank you Jesus", but he wasn't taking the money out of my hand. He said, "Merry Christmas, it's just going to cost you ONE hug." It took a moment to register as I looked puzzled in the face like, huh. (Being that it was August and not even July, let alone December) I just yelled, thanked the Lord, accepted my blessing, didn't ask any questions, gave a big hug and told my grand babies to do the same!

When he departed, I just cried like a baby, praying about that moment and for that young man for demonstrating humanity in such a manner. I highly recommend them. Prayerfully your experience will be just as good as mine!

The people from this company were extremely honest. The technician walked me through my home after he got the AC working again and explained the operation system to me as well as how to efficiently cool my home. A1 American Service air conditioning tried to scam me for several thousands of dollars. They deliberately hooked the transmitter up to my ac unit incorrectly.

The technician from Wright's heating and air showed me the error and told me the reason for my compressor's malfunction. I am really glad that I called them and very happy to have receive such exceptional service. I will recommend them hands down over any company and will be using them for all future heating and cooling issues. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

These folks are great. Very honest and they responded to my service call within 2 hours. I purchased my A/C unit from them 7 years ago and I've never regretted it. It's a joy to find someone in the service industry that actually cares about their customers.

I've been using Wright's for at least 3 years. It all started when they came to give me an estimate after another company told me I have to replace my whole unit. They said Nope. We can fix yours. Honesty, that's how you build loyal customers. They've been my go too ever since.

Have used Wright's Heating and Air exclusively for the past four years. Wonderful service, always responsive and gets the job done! Costs for repairs are always fair. Would definitely recommend this company!

I needed some furnace work and to have my tankless water heater cleaned. We received a visit from Wright who was very courteous and helpful. He called before he came and completed the work without too much mess or fuss. I would recommend Wright's AIR Cond & Heating after a job well done!

Mr. Wright is an absolutely first class individual. He did a great job when he installed our heating and AC and in maintaining them over the years. He comes within a few hours for an emergency and is very flexible to meet our schedule needs. He has also talked me through minor repairs and service on the phone at no cost.
