We have been using AEMS for numerous years. They installed our new furnace, A/C, water heater and upgraded our ventilation system. They have also performed other various plumbing project for us. We currently use them for our maintenance service and emergency service. AEMS technicians have always been prompt, professional and efficient in their work and service. I am very happy with their service and plan on using them for years to come. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

NO RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING INCLUDING THEIR OWN WORK. I started with the company Around 2014 and signed up for the annual maintenance after I bought my house because the previous owner used this company. About three years down the road in the middle of November my Generac unit did not turn on in the middle of blackout. Emergency technician came in.
He is the only reason I gave an extra star. Poor guy was there for a couple of hours in the middle of the night in November under rain and snow And was finally able to get it going. I was with him for about half an hour providing additional light as we found old battery, empty bottles, coffee cup and other trash at the bottom of my unit. Yes, locked inside.
As emergency technician was going through each item He was just shaking his head. Goldstar to him for fixing the unit. Great guy. Then I get a bill for about $500 for emergency services barely a month after routine maintenance. I called the company and ask them why one month after routine and scheduled maintenance my unit is down, full of trash inside.
First they told me that it doesn't matter if maintenance was performed, it doesn't guarantee anything. As we continued going into details, They told me that, the maintenance was not performed And they have no record of me signing up for the annual service at all, and it was all my fault because I did not respond to the notification card in the mail.
How did they do it 3 times before? Finally, I was able to talk to somebody in the company, who told me that now they are a new company and now they Offer routine maintenance On Generac and air-conditioning units and if I stay with them they will work out some formal deal. I just need to have a guy to come in and examine my air conditioning units. OK, the representative comes out.
But he knows nothing about maintenance, he's there to sell me new air-conditioning units. I'm not sure about other five-star experiences. I cannot trust the company to do the maintenance, especially considering that they cannot keep scheduled maintenance on schedule and what we found inside of the unit in the middle of the night. Obviously, there are some very excellent people working for the company but their overall attitude of blaming customer first And taking no responsibility for the quality of their own work made me choose a different vendor.
