416$ down the drain. after 2 hrs of work just to replace a capacitor. in a hurry to leave to other appointments. was told the unit is working. after a few hours a/c blowing hot air. had to wait 3 days WITHOUT a/c cuz they are closed on the weekends. Monday called em up for them to tell me its 189$ for them to come back WTF

One very rude customer service rep in office ultimately lead to very poor customer service. To be fair, I have to say 2 others that I spoke with were much more polite and super nice. This particular person needs more customer service training. She accused us of not maintaining a water heater that they installed just over 5 years ago and was under warranty.

No one from Olson had not even been out to inspect it and yet she said that's why it failed? When I questioned the over-pricing for the installation to replace a unit they sold to us that had failed and to please cancel our appt for installation her rudeness escalated she became defensive. I then asked her to please cancel our appt for installation she sarcastically said she'd be happy to and hung up. Hung up on a customer.

I was not screaming at her or swearing at her. I was questioning their poor service practice. While the Warranty paid for the new unit, it came with only a 6 month warranty and then they wanted almost $1,100 to install the new unit. Way over-priced. Your warranty means nothing if the installation is over the top. We went to Menards, bought a very nice 50 gallon unit for $450 with a 6 YEAR warranty.

Easily installed by our handyman for $315. So for less than $800 we got a new unit installed and a 6 YEAR warranty. Who in their right mind would do otherwise? I may need service in the future, but I can guarantee it will not be with Olson "Comfort" Services. We lost money dealing with Olson but at least by discontining their services, we didn't lose as much. Lesson learned; be aware of your Warranty. Be aware of over-the-top charges and know you have other options.

Had a wonderful experience with Olson Comfort Services. My heating went out yesterday. They sent someone that day. Let me know what the problem was and fixed it right away. Staff and the technician are very friendly and very trustworthy. This is the second time I've used Olson Comfort services, and we'll keep using them in the future. I love that intent is to help and not to rip off. Thank you so much for helping us out with our heating.

After 25 years of service, our furnace system needed replacement. A call to Olson and all the process through installation was outstanding! They were responsive, thorough, and professional. They extra time spent to explain and walk us through every aspect of the job was unprecedented in this age of quick fixes and off to the next customer. After years of keeping our thermostat at 75 - five days of nights at 69 have been extremely comfortable and the new purifier and humidifier makes it feel like a hospital atmosphere : Every room's temperature is well-balanced- something we never experienced.

How did we live like this for 25 years? These people are amazing- a clear advantage to a family based business who puts customers first! I'm a new fan of Olson Comfort Services and will tell everyone I meet- you won't be disappointed! Great work Team Thorn!

Realized my furnace was acting up and cycling more often than usual, i saw a olsen comfort work truck very close to where i live. A guy (Paul) was outside, talked to him and he told me to call his company the next day, its a family owned company which i liked. I called the next day and talked to a guy name Matt he was great, booked a time for me that day which i really appreciated. Paul came to look at our furnace figured he out very quickly what was wrong and explained everything that we needed to get back to normal. Paul was the nicest guy went out of way to make sure everything was done properly and correct.

I liked how he explained things and what we needed to maintain our furnace. Very trustworthy and wasnt out to upcharge im so glad i ran into him by my place and truly thankful for everything. I'll keep calling them for any heating cooling issues. Just wanted to say thank you so much.

I had a plug in my pvc pipe which drain the water from the air conditioning unit to the drain. I called and told the owner that I needed someone to unplug my pipe and. So a big Burly guy shows up I tell him. what the problem is he takes a CO2 blaster cleans out the old pipe input on a new pic elbow. how hard is diagnosis l had done diagnosis, !. perfectly after that took less than 15 minutes.

The bill I Igot was $241 and some change. $74 to drive out to my house. $79? For DIAGNOSTICS $17 FOR P VC 45 FOR HIS 15 MINUTES. IF YOU R GOING to be a reputable company you should not be charging the way you're charging

Olson Comfort has been servicing my furnace and air conditioner for years. Their work and work ethic is superb. You can count on them in a crisis.

The Olson HVAC crew is great! They replaced my 16 year old central air unit. They were extremely helpful in picking out a good replacement unit and explaining what I would need. I worked with Mark Thorn directly on the quote. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and all-around nice guy. His crew was fast, efficient and took the time to do things right. I will definitely be going to Mark and his next team I need servicing.

I thought it was a little chilly when I got home from work so I put on a sweater. My wife thought it was a bit chilly when she got home an hour later so she checked the thermostat. Go figure, the furnace was out. Our realtor said that she had a good experience with Olson, so I gave them a call. It was after hours, so I left a voicemail and received a call back within about 15min. An hour later and a tech was out here looking at our furnace.

He was the right combination of professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and also checked a few other spots to rule out anything else. Cycled the furnace a few times and we were up and running again. Woohoo, no hotel stay for us tonight! I would definitely recommend Olson and I know they will be getting my business again in the future. (Hopefully just for regular maintenance though!)
