I stopped in 7-11 in Bellmore for water before the gym. As I'm getting into my car a man from a truck approaches a homeless man, handing him some pizza that he didn't eat.it's so nice to see acts of kindness like this. This person ate the pizza so fast. I wasn't sure if I wanted to cry or smile. Moral of the story: Little acts of kindness can go a LONG way.

Called them for a catastrophic failure of my PTAC unit early on a Sunday morning. They had me sit it my hot apartment all day, no call, no repair person. When I reached out to them at 5pm they gave me a song and a dance about me living too far away. Why not just say so from the beginning so I didn't waste time and sit in the heat all day. I am still waiting 3days later for them to call back. Not a trustworthy business.
