Just recently had a maintenance call by your technician, Carter Bently. He was most professional, polite, conscientious and helpful. Please convey to him how pleased we were and how satisfied we are with his service.

We have had excellent service from Dodrill. They installed our last furnace three years ago. Scott, the salesman that came to give us an estimate, measured our house, counted all the furnace ducts and told us we needed 80,000 BTU. We got three other estimates, one even cheaper than Dodrill but Dodrill was the most professional. Denny even came down on the price as we are senior citizens and Denny grew up in St. Albans.

I would highly recommend them. They serviced our York Air Conditioning Unit and did not charge us. Another company put our air in about eight years ago or so. When we called Dodrill for service on our air, they were here the same day. When we signed the contract for the furnace installation, they were here to install it the next day. They are prompt, fair and very professional. They stand by their work!

Very friendly, informative, and quick, but not too quick. They took the time to explain all of our options, we're not pushy, I am so very happy with the work that they did and highly recommend them.

I'd like to start off by saying that Dodrill was a life saver. My wife and I had just recently gotten married and moved into a house and lived in it about a month or better and we were concerned that the Heating and Cooling systems were not satisfactory. Keep in mind we did not have a membership to Dodrill yet. We looked around trying to find places that had quality service, and we even tried to go back on home warranty and get some help over the issue, but as most know Home Warranty is a joke and they wanna charge all these upfront fees for poorly done work.

Anyways, long story short I contacted Dodrill, they sent a tech out the next day, he gave his honest opinion and expressed his concerns, he then contacted the office, and they had another guy out within the hour that discussed the issue more in depth and ball park prices of what it would cost for what we wanted done.

My wife and me were also concerned with prices and what it'd cost monthly as payments, we were expecting 400-500 payments, but what would have costed us around 25 grand, we got an amazing deal, top of the line system in the 16k range, and only 300 in monthly payments.

Also, once we decided on this, Dodrill had a crew out the very next morning at our house around 7:30 in the morning ready to go. Great service, Great prices, Great all around experience. Thank you Mr. Dodrill and the teams you have working for you.

I have just signed up with Dodrill and I anticipate excellent service. Angela and Susan were both so patient and understanding of my situation and helped me feel very confident about my decision to have Dodrill care for my heating and cooling system. I look forward to service ahead.

This installation was the 4th one for me by so called professionals but the 1st by Doddrill. I can say it was by far the most professional group I have ever encountered in the hvac business. From the first visit until the clean up I was very pleasantly surprised. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. The installers were not only courteous but they new what they were doing. I am very pleased.

Quick efficient service. Friendly knowledgeable employees. Always clean up after any work that has been done. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They Always wear booties and clean up after any procedure. They Recommended surge protectors and explained their benefit. Gave me options and pros and cons. They are Incredibly professional and kind. This was our first time using Dodrill and they did excellent work! They were prompt and professional. We had them encapsulate and waterproof our crawl space which had standing water. It is SO much cleaner and they sealed everything, we could actually store stuff down there now if we wanted to! If you need crawl space repair, I highly recommend them!

Do not do it. Regretted having them replace our entire unit the second they said it was done and left. It was not completely installed. They returned twice to fix their mistakes that same day. It's gone out two times in less than two months. One of the biggest, and more costly mistakes we've ever made was using Dodrill. Go with anyone else and save yourself a lot of trouble and aggravation.

I tried getting Mr. Dodrill's contact information to let him know what incompetent people he has working for him and the lack of reliability his company is exhibiting, but no one who works for him will give me his email. Like I mentioned before, don't waste your time and money - go elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

My AC went out on a Sunday and Scott was at my house that day to help us out. They had the new unit installed 3 days later. I have two young children and I need a reliable HVAC system. I'm sure I could've found a different company who was cheaper. But I now have peace of mind knowing if something does go wrong that they will take care of. Definitely would recommend Dodrill Heating and Cooling.

I chose Dodrill to remove and replace my existing heat/AC unit because of their positive reviews and because they offer the strongest guarantee I could find locally. I could not have asked for a better experience - everything went smoothly from beginning to end - the team that did the work also installed some new ducts and vents as well as cleaned and sanitized the existing ones that didn't need replacement and sealed off my crawl space.

Everything performs great and looks professionally done, and the team worked clean, never leaving any kind of mess on site. I felt comfortable having this team in my home working while I had to be at my own job, which in and of itself is very important to me. Zero regrets, I will rely on Dodrill for periodic maintenance and repairs moving forward. What a breath of fresh air!

Heat went out had to order part. 3 days without heat but got my heat back on as fast as they could. Put it on first thing in the morning. Billy was very diligent and made sure everything was working good. Showed us and explained what was needed. I like that he showed us the parts that we needed and the new parts so we could see and understand better. Billy is a great worker cause it took a while to break all that down and it was a very cold day. Very professional and friendly.

Our Air Conditioner was on the blink last summer and we consulted with Dodrill. The advised is we did not have to replace it just then, but we went on their customer service plan for the future. Sure enough, our old airconditioner finally died this summer. It was at the peak of the hottest days and we were out of town, ready to return to an oven, to be sure. Dodrill, with the help of our outstanding neighbor, came it and had the unit replaced before we returned and it is running perfectly. Thank goodness for quality businesses like Dodrill, committed to serving their customers. I would heartily recommend them.

From start to finish this company provided impeccable service. They did not push for the most expensive product and when the entire HVAC system was installed they showed up exactly when they said they would. The HVAC professionals installing the system were courteous and knowledgeable and did not leave until they knew everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased a new home that had an older system that didn't work. When I called Dodrill Comfort & Energy Solutions, I was greeted by their very professional and nice staff, who was able to get me scheduled the same day that I called. They sent their technician Cody Moore out to evaluate the system. He spent a good bit of time checking the system thoroughly and explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it to me.

I already knew I needed a new system and he was able to give me a great price and they had a crew out the next day to install it. It was running by that afternoon. From my initial call to Dodrill's, I had a new system installed and running within 24 hours! I would recommend them to anyone, they have been great from start to finish.

I think maybe Disney staffs this company! The nicest and most trustworthy people make up Dodrill. The ladies with whom I schedule my maintenance are absolute sunshine! I always smile to hear their cheery voices. The Technicians who come to check my system are mannerly and knowledgeable. They are thorough and take no more time than necessary. I've been impressed with Dodrill since my first encounter some ten years ago. Thank Dodrill for the way operate.
