I was very impressed with the professional, competence, and skill of our technician. He was more like a furnace craftsman with the in-depth capability to analyse and diagnose our furnace. I appreciated his patient customer relations awareness. He answered all my concerns. The office staff was very responsive to my urgent request and redirected an infield technician to our aide at the last minute otherwise we would have been out of heat for 3 to 4 days. I am now a life long customer and will always call on Eagle for my HVAC concerns. I recommend there services to all my friends and neighbors. They are the best.

Tyler was the Technician who perfomed our semi-annual maintrnance. He was very knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to and attentive. He explained everything at the beginning of his visit and answered all of kur questions. We're very pleased with the service we've received with Eagle Air and will continue to renew our maintenance agreement. Thank you.

Tyler was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue quickly. He thoroughly explained the repair process, was upfront about pricing and didn't try to sell anything that was unnecessary. Tyler, Chris v, and Matt C did an excellent installation for us. The experience was great, the installation crew checked in frequently and really broke things down for us so we could understand the whole system. It's really rare to find a crew that gets involved with the clients and makes you feel like you're more than a contract and a dollar.

Called for AC repair unit not cooling. Bob got me an appointment right away. day of repairs Trever called me before showing up to confirm his time of being at the house. When Trevor arrived he diagnosed the problem right away and had the unit up and running right away. Eagle Air is a great business to deal with.

We've been using Eagle Air for three years at this point. They've always been on time, courteous (wear masks and shoe coverings when requested), professional, and within budget. We subscribe to the prepaid annual service and renew it every year - seems like it's a good value, and we feel like we can trust their advice. As scheduled, our workers, Rafael and Kevin arrived promptly at our townhome to begin the installation of a new Trane Heating furnace and a new Air Conditioning unit. As a prior engineer, my husband enjoys watching people effectively doing their jobs, so he spent most of the day following them around and learning. The technicians were exceptionally focused on doing a great job for us, were professional, and friendly. They worked tirelessly to install the units with only one 10 minute break. We would highly recommend Eagle Air in Livermore to anyone!

We had technician Howard come over. What a pleasant representation of the company. Friendly and very thorough with his repair of our wall furnace. He took great care of putting on booties and a mask.
