Have used this company a few times. Service got worse & worse each time & prices got higher & higher. Final straw was when i had an entire AC unit installed April 2021. In April 2022 my AC did not work so I called. A tech came out & I had no freon. How is that possible? Less than a year old. Filled it & 2 days later empty again. Tech came again, found a broken & stripped coil T valve that was an error in the install.
It took almost a week to get part replaced with multiple phone calls & no return calls. Then I was billed $1,779, which is 1/3 of the cost of the whole unit. Not to mention I was still under warranty & this was install error. I reached out to the owner 3 times with no return call or email. This company has wonderful techs, but that is the only good.
Under no circumstances should I had been billed for any of those repairs. This was their error & the fact that nobody returned any of my calls or emails screams guilt! This company is price gouging & taking advantage of people. I asked what the rates are & Wes would never disclose that. Invoice never reflected any of labor either. They do not stand by their customers or their own work.
This is not the first issue with them, just the FINAL one. Shady business! CUSTOMER BEWARE! Get quotes up front before any work is done! Or better yet, just call a reputable company who stands behind their work & product & warranty!

Had a sewage pump go out. Called Supreme. Very friendly and prompt service as they came within an hour. Walked in said it would be $1400 to replace the pump. Not including having the pit pumped out, they said I'd have to call someone else for that. Seemed like a lot but maybe that's the going rate. If so, plumbers are ripping people off. My dad, son and I with ZERO experience with sewage pumps, sucked the pit out with a shop vac through the shower drain, went to Rankin and bought a $400 pump and what they wanted $1000 in labor for literally took 30 minutes (with no experience remember) taking the old pump out and putting the new one in. Thankfully I have a very handy dad and a son willing to help so I saved $1000.

Darren came to our home to find a leak behind our shower. An opening came up and we were called to see if we wanted him out earlier than scheduled and he was prompt, friendly, and very professional. He was able to give us an estimate on the spot and the whole experience was so easy. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend! Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak detection, Faucet installation

I broke my tub faucet. I had to turn off the main water because I couldn't turn off the faucet. I called a few places, was recommended to an individual. I called, he answered but said he could be here in the afternoon. I had a doctors appointment, he told me to call when I returned. I cut my appointment short to get home to call the plumber and he didn't answer.
I left a message. He didn't return my call! TERRIBLE way to do business! I then called another plumber, the recommended Supreme. I called within 10-15 minutes their van was in my driveway! Fixed my faucet. Was kind and courteous. I'm also a small business owner. Shame on the small business owner who wouldn't take my call. But I had a client call me yesterday wanting to know who I used and I recommended Supreme! That single small business owner LOST more than one potential new client! Customer service!

Beware using these con artists, absolutely not professional. Called to unclog drain they came broke our garbage disposal and charged us 397 dollars to remove it and not fix the drain. When speaking to the office manager Steve he had no clue other than it was a national average of the job IF it was completed, which it wasn't. Steve also didn't call back in the timely manner he promised. Would never suggest using them for anything.

I had Supreme put in two faucets for me. One in the kitchen and one in the bath. When I called to schedule a visit they were able to get someone right out. Darin did the work for us. He was at our house on time. He was very nice and cleaned up when he was done. He looked at another plumbing issue we are having and gave us a number of options to resolve it. We will use Supreme for all our plumbing needs!

Natural gas line NOT installed to code and also leaked into our home! We've used Supreme many times before for plumbing, boiler repairs, and a gas line for a new dryer. But this time was a disaster! We had to call the Vectren Gas Company after we initially received no response, 30 minutes after the first (of the 2) calls, I made to Supreme's emergency after hours call service. Vectren (who arrived within 10 minutes of my call at 11 PM on a Friday night) quickly found the leak.
It was coming from where Supreme had connected their flex line directly to the water heater's shut off valve. The Vectren person also noted that there SHOULD have been a "T and drip pipe" installed which was not there. (see attached photo of his report). Vectren was required to "Red tag" us, shut us off at the main, and even locked it (see pic) until Supreme could return to fix it.
Once repaired, Vectren had to return on Saturday to inspect Supreme's work and restore our gas service. We have a Gold Service contract with Supreme, and when we received our bill today (which was not even itemized as to what was parts and what was labor) we were surprised to see that they had charged us $1395 to install a $699 tankless heater that we had provided. (see pic of bill) On top of that there was no indication that a discount to the work had been credited.
When we called Wes at Supreme we were told that while their service plan does have a 20% discount on "plumbing service", that does NOT include the plumbing used during our installation because is was a conversion from a conventional tank heater to a tankless one and that their (top of the line, mind you) Gold Service Agreement only covers "existing" plumbing NOT new installations--which we found to be very misleading given how the brochure was worded. (See brochure pic).
