When the system was installed crew explained and made sure I understood their work. Overall, as of today everything is working well. I had a furnace, AC, and all ducts replaced. It was a big project. The installers were nice, they did leave some holes in the ceiling though. They forgot to replace one vent and it took months to finally get it. The wrong filter was put in and we found that out when we bought the exact same one and it didn't fit.

The old one was forced to fit. Air one did take the one we bought and gave us the right one. Someone also had cut our water hose, and the drywall repair looked really bad. There was a second attempt to fix it but it still looked like random cuts of drywall thrown onto the ceiling. It was fixed by another company who does drywall. Our bedroom and master bathroom vents did not work; no air would come out of them. Someone came from air one and fixed it for us as well as the holes in the ceiling. Everything is fine now. It was just quite a journey to get there.

This business went above and beyond! Outstanding customer service, provided me and my family peace of mind. They were able to communicate with me even though I am stationed in Virginia, they were able to explain the whole process in Spanish to my mom, like I stated, this business is superb to say the least! I would recommend to anyone! I will personally pay them a visit to thank them next time I visit my family in Rialto.

I've been an Air 1 customer for years. Initially, I called numerous businesses and either lack of customer service or availability was an issue. I reached out and from the very first employee to the last, was amazing. Customer service is HUGE for me. Their pricing was also super competitive so the decision to work with them (and continue to work with them) was a no-brainer. I don't leave reviews often but this one stood out. Thank you!

I've used Air One for years and of course I called them when I needed a new heater and a/c unit. Rocky and Deion came out to check out what units were best for me. They were honest and have great prices. We scheduled the install and the crew showed up on time. I've used AirOne for out system for about 8 months. Our spring tune up was great. Just had our Fall Service where they found a two small things that needed repaired added. Provided me a great quote called the office to schedule. Was able to get the same tech sent out and repair was completed with out any issues. Showed up on time, mask wearing and ready to go Great job and nice folks!

Ricky is always wonderful. He is prompt, helpful and experienced. We have never had a problem with his work and he is an easy person to work with. My mom found this company on google, and we wanted to get quotes from multiple companies before choosing who we'd go with for our new AC system. This company was our first quote, and although we didn't end up getting more quotes, we are glad we went with them. We badly needed a new AC, so timing was important! Called to get an estimate to have our unit moved from one end of the patio to the other. They sent Jeremy out same day. He was very professional and answered all our questions and concerns. They sent us the estimate and within minutes of me signing the agreement they called me to schedule appointment to do work. Two days later Jeremy showed up with another worker and got the job done.

Both were very professional and did an awesome job. Cleaned everything before they left and made sure the unit was working correctly. Will definitely be calling them in the future for any air conditioning or heater needs.

My ac unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year. The ac unit was making a buzzing noise and not rotating. The unit is 30 years old and i was afraid replacement was the only option however tech Richard Lozano came out within 3 hours and said this is a quality unit and has years of life left. He replaced the fan motor, blade, capacitor and deep maintenance cleaning done within 4 hours. Im very thankful my air conditioner was up and running keeping family cool.

This week our hot water heater gave out. The install went flawlessly. It took on or about 4 hours. The attention to detail & the craftsmanship that went into it was some of best quality of work I have seen years! It takes a lot to impress me & they went above & beyond my expectations! My home AC stopped working in the middle of last week. Called a couple of places, some couldn't come out the same day and some charged extra to come out. I called air one air conditioning and right away they set me up with an appointment and took care of my AC issue. I strongly recommend them for their honesty and great prices. They even signed me up for a yearly fee to maintain my unit gave me a discount for signing up.

Let me tell you, most places sell then next time they'll give you a deal, air one took care of me and saved me around 200.00 thank you. I strongly recommend them, their annual feel for maintaining the AC unit it's cheaper than getting the service when needed twice a year. This will be better then calling someone when the unit goes down, it can get very expensive.

Thank you air one, you have no idea what a great feeling it is having someone that knows that they're doing. Before you waste your time and money, give them a call. I Can guarantee that you'll stick with them, it's hard to find honest and knowledgeable ac companies. Oh and I had them install a new Nest thermostat because it needed to be re-wired. Third time we have called them out. First time was years ago for a maintenance. Then a few years ago for a fan replacement in the ac unit. This tome was for a clogged drip line for the ac. Really nice crew, showed me the clog, repaired and tested to make sure no leaks. Will continue to use them price is reasonable and quick service.

The communication leading up to the service was timely, detailed, and through multi-media [text, voicemail, and email]. The triage and diagnosis of the problem was spot on. The alternatives of repair problem or replacing A/C were appropriate. The estimates were in line with competitors. Workmanship was fast, complete, and with quality. Our issue was resolved correctly the first time, writhing the timeframe projected, and at the cost projected. You know what you are getting with their service.

We're beyond happy and impressed with our new systems! We were not planning on replacing our systems but after discussing the pros and cons of our old units we knew it was best to replace it. I got 3 different quotes for air conditioning and Air One was the most accurate. They went up into my attic and took pictures of the air ducts to show me exactly what needed to be done. They arrived timely and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them. Their technicians were very polite, and worth it.

Feeling Ripped off! I would give a 0 but it didn't allow me too. AC guy came out quick which was great. However he said it needed Freon and he added 3 pounds and charged me $330. AC worked fine for 2 weeks then it stopped cooling. I called Air one and they came back to tell me that my AC unit had a leak and that it will cost $3,000 to fix it.

I feel so ripped off they should of told me that from the beginning instead of ripping me off for $330. If you AC goes out make sure you ask your friends about one, I went of google reviews and didn't work out for me. I rather know what's wrong from the get go. I reach out to another company which was referred by a good friend and they did the job the right way!

I had an air conditioner emergency at 440 on fourth of july weekend. They had someone at my house in an hour and he completed the work within another hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would totally recommend and use again!

Great service, will use again. From the minute I called to the minute my a/c was up and running again was no more than an hour. They showed up within 15 minutes of my call and got the job done effortlessly. Ricky had the part i needed in his van. They're known to stay stocked with all the parts youll possibly need. It is inconceivable that this company only has 6 reviews. This is a tragedy, which I am doing my part to remedy. After having the a/c in the house I rent die a horrible death, Air One (and Richard L.) came to the rescue. They were able to accommodate me with a same-day service call, even though it was 100+ and no doubt they were extremely busy. I was provided with a service call window of 4-6pm and a notification call prior to the tech arriving.

They arrived on time, and the call was placed - these might seem to be little things, but it just goes to show how much care and consideration they place in all things! The communication with Richard was extensive, and he let me know what was taking place each step along the way, and ensured I both understood and agreed before moving forward. I wish Air One and Richard worked on Kia's, as I would kill to have an automotive service company that treated customers so well.

The problem was quickly diagnosed, and the work was performed efficiently. They also provided me with important information about what should be done to improve the a/c performance, and to ensure that service emergencies will not be required in the future. Although I don't want to place a call such as this again, should I again require assistance (or anyone I know in the IE), you can be certain that Air One will be the ones I call!
