Robin Aire

I have done business with Robin Aire for the past 20 years and will continue to do so. My oldest just bought his first home and Robin Aire will be his heating and cooling experts.

My condo's air conditioning stopped working during a record heat wave. I called Robin Aire because of their excellent reviews. They weren't able to get someone out to me for a few days but I was willing to wait. Today, Ian and Dan came out, replaced a blower in my AC unit and it's working beautifully. The price of the part/labor and visit were completely reasonable and they were extremely friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend!

After waiting for our generator for 6 months (not Robin Aire fault) the day came for our install and panel up grade, The young man arrived to install the upgraded electrical panel on time and started the day with a proper introduction and letting us know what he would be doing that day. He also informed us that the person installing the generator would be along later in the day to prep for the install of the generator, Everyone did their job efficiently and kept us informed of the status of their work.

After 2 days of crawling around our crawl space install was done. The young man went through the basics of how the generator would work, the warranty and who to call for any problems we might have. EVERYONE at Robin Aire was so helpful from getting estimates to final paperwork. They are a trustworthy company to do business with.

Very pleased starting from sales and estimate experience with Mike G. Gave a good price, while accommodating my needs and not pushing what they wanted to sell. Office staff, Nicole was very pleasant and accommodating scheduling the installation appt. quickly within less than a week. I had my furnace (along with thermostat and humidifier), AC, and water heater replaced.

The technician/installers (Jacob, Vince, Kyle) were great, very professional and thorough. They were careful coming in and out, and around the property. The installation was very neat, looks tidy. Since my old water heater was leaking, they even installed a pan under the new water heater. Took the time to explain the features of the new system and set-up the thermostat. Very happy I chose Robin Aire. Will not hesitate to hire them again.

On time, polite, clear on what was happening. Walked me through and explained new thermostat and helped me access from my phone. Left everything clean. Very professional. I think training a newer hire - like to see that. There is a great need for service professionals. And this company has always acted in a professional manner in the nearly 20 years we have used their services.

I scheduled an appointment to have 2 dampers in my venting repaired or replaced. They scheduled an appointment the next day which was amazing, but didn't have the parts to actually repair/replace the part (they installed they system) and charged $89 for the visit. They then called the next day to let me know that it would cost an additional $600+ to replace the two dampers. I was able to replace them myself for $200 and 15 minutes of time. Unfortunate experience as I have had great service from them in the past.

Robin Aire was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Everyone that came to us was punctual (right at the start of the time window they scheduled. to the minute! I never get that with any service company). They were thorough and made sure to listen to our concerns and gave us quote options. Their work was excellent and they did a phenomenal, clean job. I was extremely satisfied with their service and their employees I met-- all extremely professional and polite. I'll definitely hire them again.

I had a great experience, Austin was very friendly and professional, cost was lower then initial quote, job done quick and after inspecting furnace flue vent they had parts on hand to complete repair same day. Very satisfied. Call office was also very helpful. Service: General repairs

I contacted your firm because my boiler was leaking water and the first floor heat system was not operating. The technician replaced the leaking part and continued to research why the first floor was not heating. He spent some time on the problem and after much conversation he speculated that there was a leak somewhere preventing the first floor from heating and suggested I contact a leak detection specialist to find the leaking pipe.

He departed and I still had no first floor heat. After speaking with la leak detection company I decided to contact another service provider for a second opinion. The technician inspected the boiler and asked me to dial up the first floor thermostat and observe the results. Heat was now on for the first floor. I am very disappointed in the quality of your service for the amount of your service call. I assure I will not use your services in the future along with the company that recommended you. A $700.00 dollar repair was not good value.

My furnace stopped working Sunday night/Monday morning. I called and Robin Aire said they would schedule an after hours appointment the next day for my emergency. Thankfully they had a cancellation happen and they were able to get me a technician out even earlier. Brian was my tech and he was super helpful, friendly, quick, and personable. He diagnosed and fixed the furnace within an hour. I scheduled my next regular maintenance on the spot. They are so helpful and it's great they're local.

This is my second time use this company, and just like my very first experience is was just absolutely wonderful. Very professional, work within the window given me during the schedule process. The tech contacted me in more than enough time to proper for his arrival. Long story short, RobinAire will be the first call I make for any of my head needs.

The guy is very professional and reasonable. We have issued with AC running really loud and the guy fixed it within 2 hours. This company is very honest and know what they doing. Robin Aire was able to fit me in their schedule pretty quickly. The technician, Charlie, was very polite and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and explained the services and cost upfront so I could decide on options. He completed the work within the time he estimated and explained what had to be done. It was a very transparent and open process and I appreciated not being surprised.

Professional service start to finish. Mike came to my home to make recommendations and give me a quote. He listened to my concerns and suggested systems that would help. Later, the tech installers, Justin and Kyle, were on time, courteous and professional. They did tidy work and they were respectful of my home. They thoroughly explained my new systems and new thermostat, and they answered all my questions. I am very happy with the service from Robin Aire.

We had the best experience using Robin Aire! Kristian was our service provider and he is the absolute best! We purchased an older home last year and our air conditioning stopped working. He thoroughly inspected our air conditioning and furnace and found the issue right away, amongst finding other things we needed to fix in our home! He was super down to earth and easy to talk to, and not pushy at all!

He explained what the issues were and gave us options on what we wanted to do to fix it. He also let us know what was priority and what he would recommend. We could not recommend Kristian enough!
