I have used McQuade for about 45 years. Everyone you have sent to my home has been very nice and knows what they are doing. I always trust your company. I feel I don't have to go anywhere else. I furnace krapped out on me 2 times in one week. After getting quotes, I decided to purchase thru McQuade because of price and previous work they've done for me. I bought the furnace and air conditioner. The technicians were friendly, knowledgably, quick and tidy. Since a permit was pulled, city inspector came over to sign off on the work. Three times he said "they did a good job for you. I like McQuade" I highly recommend McQuade. I like McQuade, too.

This company has earned every ounce of my business and recommendations from this point on. From my initial meeting with Steve their comfort consultant into scheduling with Scott via a phone call I was excited to see the quality work after being amazed by the level of professionalism up to that point. Matt and Dave showed up on time and got to work and let me tell you now, these 2 gentleman are artists with hvac equipment.
From the custom bending they did for the new lines for the condensing unit outdoors to the sheet metal/ duct work inside I'm beyond satisfied with this company. My furnace was old (19 years) and dead, really dead, it was mid February and I'd called Home Depot, they quoted me 2 weeks for a new furnace. I called McQuade at 1PM. By 2PM McQuade had looked at my old furnace and while they could repair it I opted for a new install. By 5PM I had a brand new furnace installed, my old furnace was taken away for me and I was up and running.
All service people were polite, and knowledgeable, and I couldn't have asked for anything more, and yet they still beat the best price for a new install I'd found online by over $1000.00. I will be using them again to replace my AC system.

I had a leak in my boiler system and was so happy with the professionalism. Ben was a great service guy and explained to me in great detail. Unfortunately my insurance wanted to use their own heating people. Had to cancel them at the last minute and they called me back right away and was so professional about it. If the need arises I would use them again.

We had an emergency with a leaky gas pipe that needed to be repaired. They were able to send out a crew to fix it within hours when nobody else in the area was available for days. The technicians, who were so professional and friendly, went above and beyond to get supplies that we needed to fix the problem that day so we could restore heat back in our home. And on top of it all, they were more affordable than the other companies. Thank you McQuade!

McQuade inspected my old furnace and A/C unit. The service rep clearly explained and showed me the defects. They reasonably quoted replacement for both with more efficient Trane units. Also, we told them we always had issues of hot and cold areas in our colonial, they suggested zoning our ducts. So we had them install new a main duct line to gain ceiling height in the basement and zone the upstairs.
The installation team was very friendly, courteous and performed a great job. They completed all that work in one day, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to walk us through the new equipment and explain how this advanced zoned system works answering all questions completely. I highly recommend McQuade!

McQuade replaced our two furnaces with Trane units, humidifiers, ultra-filtration units & UV bacterial systems. The four guys were polite, respectful of our house, professional, workman-like, neat in their installations, cleaned-up, explained the new equipment. Excellent job, thanks guys! Our furnace was not working correctly and I had contacted two other companies prior to utilizing McQuade (whom was recommended by my neighbor). The first two completely scared me to death and insinuated the only option was to completely replace the furnace and quoted me $7000 for furnace and AC for a 930 sq.ft house and 3250 for just the furnace. Mike came out fast and fixed the issue that was preventing it from turning on and gave us a plan to replace our old furnace this coming spring.
We were quoted $3500 for furnace and to prep for AC unit. Did I mention this was two days before Christmas and he waived the service fee? Truly a nice guy and we will definitely be utilizing them to install our future furnace.

Best experience we've had with a contractor in this house by far. Came out for an estimate on a repair and pointed out some very dangerous code violations that should have been noted by our home inspector but wasn't. Brian worked with his team to develop a solution that would solve all of the issues at the time of repair. Called to schedule on Friday afternoon.
They rearranged the schedule to be out Monday Morning due to the fact that we lost heat. - Arrived exactly on time. - Extremely professional. - Covered all floors. - Very courteous. - Workmanship was very good. - No issues. - No unexpected holdups or overages in cost. - Peace of mind knowing that our boiler system is now safe and in good - operating condition. Thanks again guys. I'll be calling you soon when we finally upgrade our hot water heater!
