They were able to send Marc out within a few hours of my call for what I thought was a needed repair. It turned out the breaker had flipped (forehead smack) but since I already had to pay the repair call fee, Marc said he could do the yearly maintenance as he was already there. Timely, considerate, and professional - highly recommended!

From start to finish we had an excellent experience with A Plus HVAC. From speaking to Lisa on the phones(she is SO helpful, i called her many times with questions, and she was always so patient with me!) to Christian the service tech, to JD who did the install. Every single one of them were phenomenal! Im so glad we went with them! Highly recommend!

Joe was prompt and professional. He was able to answer all our questions and explained the process and next steps very clearly. We plan to install a new furnace and convert from oil to gas and add a air purifier system. We are very happy we have selected A Plus HVAC Inc for this home project!

Marc shower up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I am currently selling my house and there was an issue with the upstairs being a lot hotter than downstairs. Christian was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, he couldn't help fix my issue because it was not in the scope of what this company does (note: this was a referral through Home Depot, who messed it up, so the misstep doesn't reflect on this company). Christian made some great suggestions, though, so I'm off to pursue them.

I was charged for the time, despite no resolution, BUT I was aware that I would be initially, so, the business was transparent about that from the get go. I would use this company for any HVAC needs Iay encounter in the future because of great technicians like Christian.

We never used A Plus but they responded and could service us the same day. We have an oil fired furnace that was blowing only cold air. Upon introducing himself and ultimate inspection of the furnace, technician Christian provided immediate options to consider along with pricing. He was successful with repair with the least expensive option and the heat returned. At this time we give a grade of A+ to A Plus and highly recommend Christian Torres. We are very happy customers and will call them again if necessary.

At my request Joe came to assess our need for either a new boiler or installing a heat pump/mini-split system for the newer wing of our home. He was very knowledgeable, was patient with the slew of questions I peppered him with and gave my wife and myself a generous amount of his time this morning. I was grateful to him as I learned a good deal that will help me in making an informed decision on how to move forward.

A Plus was my best option when replacing my entire central A/C. I have gotten 10 quotes and I went with A Plus because they had the best warranty 5 year parts and labor and 10 years on the unit. They also fixed my airflow problem with the old unit. Everything they installed was perfect and up to code. Overall experience was excellent and price was reasonable. I definitely would recommend them. I look forward to using them to maintain my new system.

Great experience with A Plus HVAC! We got 5 quotes for a complete gas furnace and central a/c replacement. We ended up choosing A Plus - and we're happy we did. From the owners on through the tech/install crew, everyone was professional and friendly. They did a great job - including a special request for a framed platform for the a/c. It came out great. Also, everything was cleaned up at the end.

They explained everything, patiently answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way: including the MassSave HEAT program and even processing our MassSave rebates.

If you are looking for your repair man to go to the wrong house, show up late, and come completely unprepared for the job at hand then search no more. Now, I could understand if we didn't tell the intake person at their business what exact repair we needed and what size pipe we would require, but we did, and yet they were unable to do the repair and told us they could not return for weeks to do the repair.

They also threw out there that we should be thankful as they were doing us a favor.? I will say the repairman was super nice and clearly just an innocent party in this unprofessional train wreck. I'm not an HVAC specialist but I do know enough to know that it doesn't take 3 weeks to get a small common sized pipe in their possession to do a minimal repair. Our correspondence was with Jason, who we believe is the owners brother. He was beyond rude, disrespectful and down right horrible Just do yourself a favor and pass.

Awesome and very prompt and courteous service. Called this morning with an A/C issue after my regular HVAC company wanted to charge $200 for an after hours call despite years of doing business. A Plus came through and booked me a same day appointment for 1/2 the cost! Zac the tech was great explained everything to me step by step in addition had the unit up and running again in 30min with a new part and again 1/2 the cost of my regular big name HVAC company. All in all A Plus has earned themselves a new customer! Thank You!
