Total Comfort

I just wanted to write a note to let you know what great jobs that Total Comfort has done for me over the years and to say thank you for those jobs well done. After I had Total Comfort install my central air conditioner some years ago I knew that I wanted you to also replace my old furnace and thermostat with state of the art equipment and computer thermostat.

You also did a fantastic job on repairing the furnace in my rental home. All of those jobs were done right the first time and they worked perfectly. Great job and keep up the good work!

Total Comfort have been our go to company for 3 furnaces (one for my son) and 3 air conditioners (one for my son) over the last 20+ years. Equipment, installation, and service has been great. I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the service I received from Total Comfort! I called and spoke to a very nice woman in the office about what I was looking for, she called me back about 10 minutes later and was able to get me scheduled for a furnace inspection for my home sale. Josh did my inspection and he was on time (actually called and said he was running ahead of schedule, which was awesome!), professional, knowledgeable when I asked questions, and overall did a great job.

Total Comfort has been doing my furnace service for years and, even though my furnace is over 50 years old, it runs very well and they don't try and sell me anything. They even gave me a discount for being a repeat customer.

This is my second home using Total Comfort Heating & Air. I have been impressed with everything from meeting Chris for a quote, to the end of installation. Everyone is extremely proficient. I especially want to shout out the installation guys. They were first class! Professional, timely, immaculate cleanup, answered any questions/concerns with pleasant communication, and kindness to my dog! I will recommend and continue using Total Comfort for any other projects in the future.

Mr. Val Fezatte, was very thorough, courteous, and technically proficient at all times. Your technicians gave me MUCH confidence that you vetted your hiring superbly. Both arrived timely, were respectful and courteous, and addressed any question pleasantly. Directions were provided for use, and the area was left in appropriate fashion when they were finished.

Of course, being without heat was a time of duress, but I would not consider going elsewhere after my initial experience with the furnace replacement, and therefore proactively asked Mr. Fezatte to coordinate my 27 year old water heater replacement. This too, was a superbly handled experience. Total Comfort is at the top of my list for customer service and competence.

Our family (my in laws too) have used these guys for years! Very prompt and friendly. You can count on these guys getting the job done right. We love these guys! Thanks for always being there when we need yall!

I could not be more happy with the services and care provided by Nick for my A/C tune-up, Randy & Jeff for my A/C replacement and Amber for my furnace tune-up! I also appreciated the extra special attention from Dan when he verified the bid to replace my central air in my house. I loved how they all took great care in leaving everything in great condition and were super friendly, punctual and reliable!

We had a new furnace and for the first time A/C installed in August of 2011. From the first contact with Val and through the installation process they were very professional and informative. They did an excellent job throughout the entire process. During the ice storm of Christmas 2013 I called Val regarding running my furnace with a generator and he and a technician answered every question. I would recommend Total Comfort to anyone in need.

Replaced our original AC and furnace last fall. After talking to a few companies we went with Total Comfort. Excellent service and the installation was top notch. We had a fairly challenging install for the furnace and they were able to provide an excellent solution. Came back this spring to make sure the AC was all good (too cold at install to adequately check it). Would hire them again for any future HVAC needs. Professional and the installation folks were excellent as well.
