If I could give Johnny's 10 stars I would. They just installed a new furnace for us and have done repair work on our A/C in the past and I will gladly continue to use them in the future because they are dependable, courteous, technically excellent, and extremely professional. We have been very pleased with all the work they have done for us.

The technician knew exactly what happened after evaluating the issue. It didn't take him long to figure out the problem. He went the extra mile to make sure everything else in the ac was working. He had the knowledge and expertise to explain clearly and calmly about the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. I asked a bunch of ac questions and he had intelligent answers!
The price was very good and we are all happy! He was pleasant and professional! He got the job done in a timely manner! Lastly, I'm happy I chose Johny's Heating & AC Repair.

It's Dec 17, and the cold front has everyone and their mom seeking repairs on their heating unit. Everyone else couldn't see me, most were busy until January. Johnny's AC came THE DAY I CALLED. I called 4 different companies around Pasadena, they were the only ones that took it immediately. Incredible people, honest no-bs diagnosis, solved my problem. Wow. I honestly didn't expect so much, thank you!

Last week our AC went stopped blowing cold air, we started searching for AC repair near me and found Johnny's. They sent out Vick, who was courteous, punctual and very respectful! He did a thorough diagnostic, explained everything in a way i could understand, and fixed the problem efficiently in a shorter time than i expected. He didn't insist on doing extra stuff I didn't need, and from the 3 HVAC companies I called in Pasadena, their price was the best.
