Very happy with the install of the split system. Works fantastic! The problem is the follow up after the install. Took over a month to get the paper work for the Building Inspection and no electrical permit was taken out so Inspection was denied. Called no call back, e-mailed no response. Part of the package was a Rebate from Poudre Valley REA did not get the paper work to apply for the rebate for over a month. the work by the installers was VERY PROFESSIONAL they get 5 STARS +! The rest of the customer service is leaves a lot to be Desired.

I recently had to replace my furnace in my home. The system was installed thru another contractor no longer in business thru my home builder. The furnace itself had issues from the beginning, and after many years of chasing problems and getting it repaired I decided it was time to just face the facts and look into replacing the furnace. There are many options for HVAC contractors in my area, and made a few calls, after getting put on eternal hold, or directed to schedule thru a webpage with the earliest times available being weeks away I was getting discouraged.
Air Comfort was on my list of contractors and I gave them a call and I can say I am very happy that I did. My call was directed right to the residential manager Ken and within minutes we were discussing the situation and he knew exactly what was going on with my furnace. He took the time over the phone to explain some options as well as explain time frames.
He was able to schedule a visit the same day. Jordan was at my home that afternoon and we dove right in. He was able to confirm what Ken had suspected. Jordan was great, it was evident right away that he cares about what he does and fixing this situation was just as important to him as it was to me. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my current system, ask me questions of what I expected then explained each option.
I felt very comfortable knowing that they wanted me the customer to be well informed and involved in the entire process. Working with Jordan was like working with a friend and I really appreciated that. I received a very thorough proposal that evening spelling out each option and cost and I was able to make an educated decision. Ken was right on top of letting me know the time frames of getting the furnace ordered and scheduling the work to be done.
Within a week Ken showed up at my house with his installers to line them out on the job. It was great to see that he was that involved with his crew. The installers did an excellent job, very professional installation. Jordan and Ken both were involved from start to finish. A few weeks after the installation Jordan gave me a call to check in and make sure everything was going as expected and to make sure I was happy. Needless to say I am very pleased with the entire process, and to get a follow up call from them after, to me shows that they are truly a company that cares about their work and their customers. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks Ken and Jordan and your team, I really appreciate all your hard work.

The service from Air Comfort is simply unbeatable. The tech's they've sent out on my two previous service calls have been knowledgeable as well as courteous. Being that I've posted reviews maybe twice-ever goes to show how much I appreciate the service these guys have provided. Especially when the heater goes on the fritz and there's a storm on the way.

The worst, bought a new home 3 years ago, installation of hvac was done by air comfort, when it stopped working after ONE year, I called Air Comfort, he became annoyed and yelled something about "I told you people." had no idea what he was talking about. When he realized I wasn't who he thought I was, it was other homeowners in the complex complaining about their AC installation (apparently AC had to swap out a group of air conditioners because the ones they originally installed were too small for the townhomes and wouldn't cool the homes).
Then he told me, too bad the AC is no longer under warranty, this was 2 years ago. THEN he told me that the AC is only supposed to cool 1-2 degrees below the outside temperature. I mean. I was born female, but I wasn't born yesterday dude. He did send someone out, who said, yes there was a problem but he didn't have any idea what the problem was, by this time the coils had frozen, and he unfroze them, but.still no air.
I had only been in the home for 1 year, the house and the AC was ONE year old! So this year, got Ft Collins heating and Air come out, they found the TXV part in the unit outside was bad and needed to be replaced, and guess what.the part was under warranty. YES THATS RIGHT.2 years later and its still under warranty.! So Ft Collins heating and air fixed it, and it was an extensive job, it took a few hours but its fixed.
I am left with the impression that Air Comfort doesn't stand behind their work, and faulty work and faulty products will be left to the consumer to resolve through another company.
