One of our AC systems was not working. Browsed Google and saw that this company was fairly close to my home, so I gave them a try. Our home is only 5 years old, so the Three HVAC systems are in pretty good condition.plus they are top of the line. Tech told me that I needed a new Compressor & Coil or completely replace the system. plus that I needed $600 worth of Coil cleaning. Was given a quote to either replace the coil and compressor for almost $7k or replace the unit for $13-14k. Called another contractor.
He quickly located a small leak at the entrance to the coil. Patched it, filled it back up with Freon and even cleaned the coil on this unit, plus the other two. Repair was less than a grand.

While I truly appreciate everyone at Eastin for their professionalism, courtesy, timeliness, and so forth, I would like to give a special shout out to Curtis. Last week, our AC stopped working for most of a day. It started working again just as suddenly as it stopped. I called Friday, explained the situation to Curtis, who advised he would put me on the calendar for Monday for routine maintenance and then proceeded to provide more - a guarantee that if the unit stopped working again over the weekend, he would personally come and get it going so we wouldn't be without during the long, hot weekend. It wasn't needed - thankfully - but it was great knowing he was only a call away. Thank you!

Been disappointed twice. Tech forgot to reconnect all thermostat wires last spring, and had to get a service call during a very cold day in the fall. They didn't charge me for the fall service call, but were going to at first. Called again this spring for routine check and explained that I had a mini split that needed service as well. The tech showed up without proper equipment to check refrigerant levels in the mini split, so I had to call another company that knew what to do.
The tech that came out this spring spent time trying to figure things out with the mini split, but I don't believe was used to servicing them. He did give me some advice on making a repair on my main system, which was appreciated. A mixed bag so far with the new ownership of Eastin air.

Best HVAC experience ever! Had to call out Eastin Air for an incredible experience! We have a dual zone heat pump with a zone control board and our furnace stopped working the day before the temp dropped down to 40's. These guys diagnosed a complex system and troubleshooted over 50 wires and identified a short in the system and fixed it ASAP!
These guys were extremely kind to our 5 year old son, professional, timely, communicative, and super fair on pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of hearing/cooling help!

Eastin is my highly recommend service provider. They installed my HVAC unit 11 yrs ago. This weekend my AC was not cooling. Service tech Josh Beaty was able to come out within the hour. Josh was great, respected my space, with Covid social distancing, and worked quickly in 100 degrees. He had a great attitude and had the house cooling with no hiccups.

Very Professional service and done right! I had something fixed a few months before and it went bad so I tried a new company (Eastin) and they were professional and well priced. We had one miscommunication due to my travels but with 1 phone call everything was fixed and the level of professionalism was shown.
