At first, just the fan broke upstairs. They came and said that motor mounts were rusted out. They had a adapter to fix, but in the mean time the compressor failed in the downstairs unit. We decided to redo both 40 year old patched up systems. I also got a neat little split system for the recreation room so I didn't have to be as cold as my wife likes it. These are honest hard-working people that use the best equipment they know about, and they enjoy their work.

These people are the biggest rip off ever. i call them out to my house 2 times. 1 st was about a 2 years ago because my air would not keep up they told it was the coils an supposedly replaced it. Cost about 300 dollars. Air still didnt keep up! Called back last year in the summer an had them come back out because air would not keep up again still was really never fixed keep in mind they put the unit in as well!
Man came out said drain pipe was cloggged an he unclogged it another $179 dollars. Next day air still didnt keep up. Called back lady was really rude an said someone would call me back never heard a word. So this year had someone else come out. needless to say the coils had never been changed they were so dirty there was black mold all in where they never cleaned out my drain pipe an water was leaking ever were in unit under house. the drain pipe was so clogged an nasty!
So my I would NEVER EVER recommend using them total rip offf. take your money an claim they fixed something an didnt even do it so if you dont know anything this stuff dont use them they will rip u off! A servicing should have involed all that i described an nothing was done! Do not use them!

My review is really on the customer service that I have received this time. Last year I needed someone to come fix my air conditioner and they were referred to me by a good friend. Called them, used them, everything was great. Last night our heat went out at 10:45. I asked my friend for their name and called them this morning at 6:57. I did not expect them to answer, just wanted to leave a message for them to call me back.
I did not hear back from them so I called them at 8:50. Beverly answered the phone. I said hello, and my name and that I had left them a message this morning. I wanted to make sure they got my message. She rudely said yes I got it and I will call you back. I told her that was fine, I just wanted to make sure that someone would be able to come out today anytime.
She said very harsh, I said I got your message and I will call you back. I said ok. I did not hear back from her until 3:20 this afternoon. I told her that since she did not ever call me back from this morning, I found someone else. She stated that she did not tell me she was gonna call me back, but she would call me when someone was on their way.
That is NOT what she said this morning, if that was true, then she would have known that she needed to give me an hour so my husband can leave work to meet him. I am in customer service and I would never EVER talk to anyone who called my business. I just want the owners, Kim and Gerald what they lost today.my business today
