When my daughter bought her own house, she knew it came with some bumps with reference to repairs. She called Service Pro and they came out the next day, replaced the circuit board, pulled her filters and showed her how to clean them as they are not disposable and checked her AC. Even though it may be a couple years out, he left the information on the new furnace with his card and also noted there is a $400 rebate currently.

This company was more than helpful and educated her on what she had in her house and how to manage it. Service Pro was her second telephone call with reference to this issue and the technician felt horrible that the first company was charging such an outrageous fee for fixing anything let alone diagnosing it. He felt bad they are even in the same field of work and can't believe how companies get away with that! Service Pro will be her first call for all HVAC needs!

Called a different company first and they stated couldn't repair and tried to sell us a unit right away. Called Pro Service, came out and repaired AC unit. Reasonably priced and honest! Highly recommend! Service: A/C system repair

Our first time calling Service Pro was several years ago, and we haven't called anyone else for Heating/ Cooling needs since. We've had 2 furnaces installed (at 2 different properties) as well as various repairs to heating and cooling systems. Sam has always been very quick to come out, does a great job, and is fair on pricing. We've recommended him to family/ friends and would highly recommend to anyone in need of heating/ cooling work.

Very happy with the installation of AC and furnace. Sam is very particular about performing the installation properly. He took time to show me the issues with my former installation and how the job should be done. Overall, a solid Rheem unit was installed and, more importantly, a solid, quality installation. We called Service Pro for an estimate. Our furnace is older and required a repair (from another company) a few weeks ago. As per our our request, Sam came to our house and inspected our furnace. Rather than push us into the purchase of a new furnace, he told us that ours was still in decent shape, but that if we wanted one that was more modern and efficient, he could give us an estimate.

I just had Service Pro (Sam) install a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. The original lasted 28 years and it was time for the investment. My furnace died at the end of January, called service pro and they came out that day and were able to repair temporary my furnace till parts could come in, they came back a week later and totally repaired my furnace, and did a full check up of my heating and cooling system, great guys to deal with, super friendly, and great communication with them. My furnace died in the middle of January in Buffalo! I needed help quickly, and Sam was the first place I called on Sunday morning who responded immediately. He went over to my place that day and within the next two days, a new furnace and AC unit were installed at my house.
