I will agree that HMS Home Warranty seems like a bit of a sham, but because we bought an older home from a shady guy who flips houses and cut a lot of corners, we have the home warranty. I have serious problems with HMS, but not with AHR.
Mike was our technician from AHR and he was awesome. He fully explained everything that he was doing and offered us options.
He even called back a few days later to ensure the air conditioning unit was still running properly after he left. Please give them a chance should you need your HVAC unit repaired.
