Very nice and professional guy. Our A/C leaked Freon and we had no ac and my wife was scheduled to give birth so we were worried. When using their seasonal tune ups, they identified issues that needed attention which were verified by second opinion. The technician who performed maintenance on our heater was professional, courteous, and AMAZINGLY knowledgeable. We had trouble with our thermostat soon after we've moved in to our new house. We called the office and help came within a few hours. Tom immediately knew what went wrong and fixed it right away. My gas furnace was not working properly and I smelled gas leaking some where. So I call p.k. Wadsworth heating and cooling for service.they did arrange Tom to repair. He did an excellent job. He fixed the problem in no time and explained what is going on . And charge was very reasonable. Thank you Tom Service: General repairs

Scheduling was easy and pleasant and even tho they are very busy I was able t get an appointment within 2weeks. I liked the text updates and reminders. I needed a quote for a whole house humidifier. Brad was awesome and very knowledgeable. Gave me the quote before he left. He explained what it would look like and how It would all work. Had another company come for a separate repair and asked the tech about the humidifier.
He couldn't give me prices, and said he would have someone at the office call me. I had to pester them just to get an estimate! This experience with Brad was much better! So easy and pleasant. Will definitely be calling them for the install.

From the phone call to set up an appointment to the installation, everyone was very professional and efficient. I appreciated the quick turn around on the work, the cleanliness and professionalism of the installer, and his prompt arrival. I also appreciated that the technician was courteous and wore his mask while in my home. It was great to receive text notifications that the installer was on his way.

Update Sep 2021: It took them 2+ months and 9 visits, but the installation is finally completed. Kudos to the last technician to visit, who happens to be the metalworker. Where was this person 2 months ago? All good now, deserves one more little star. Save yourself the headache. To summarize: communication = terrible, planning = terrible, craftmanship = varied (two separate instances where the next technicians almost electrocuted themselves do to the previous work done). 2/12 seems to know what they are doing. not great odds :/ ____ It's been 3 weeks and 5 visits and our new furnace and AC install is still not completed.
We're getting a little tired of all the interruptions. We're in a one story small house, I assumed it would be pretty straight forward. We had AC working, not heat. Then we had heat working but no AC. Air filter is still duct taped to the return vent with no permanent solution in sigth. One technician almost electrocuted himself. I wish they would still send electricians, would feel safer.
This whole time there have been no communication or any sort of effort to organize a rectification from Wadsworth, I have made 8 phone calls. The first technician said that I had no agree to pay before they left. I wish I hadn't but I felt I had no choice. At least we got some great cookies in the mail. Not really worth the price. We had working AC for 2 weeks, that was great: hope we can have it back. Update: Another 2 weeks has passed and I have heard nothing form Wadsworth about any plan to finalize the HVAC installation that was stared a month ago. Airfilter still ductaped in place between air return box and furnace. Not impressed with this company, very dissatisfied and disappointed.
