Juan and Gustavo were great. Once again, we called Juan in an emergency situation (AC died on a very hot Friday afternoon), he responded quickly and was out to access our need within 2 hours of the initial call. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a few options for a fix until a permanent fix could be done on Monday morning. As he promised our AC was repaired before noon on Monday. Thanks Juan! Simply put, I took a chance and chose Majano Heating and A/C to repair my unit because the reviews really stuck out to me. Our air conditioner went out the night before and I called Majanos the next morning and they were here by 2:30. The problem was fixed in a very short time and up and running again. In what seemed to be a never ending string of unfortunate events Juan showed up and became a ray of sunshine in a thunderstorm. He is knowledgeable, shows compassionate, doesnt try to over charge or give you services you dont need. He installed a contactor for my heater in no time. This was my second time using his company and it wont be my last.

Gustavo came out on a Saturday morning and cleaned our unit. Another company told me I would have to replace my condenser coils for $2000. Gustavo cleaned everything and added some extra freon for under $300. An immediate difference in the the way the ac cools now. Thanks Gustavo! Highly recommend.
