Eric was respectable and very knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking his time with our A/C assessment. Providing clear options to the work we may need makes it much easier on the decision making. Like with everything, even though we will seek a 2nd/3rd quote for price comparison, I cannot deny that Eric is one cool & awesome dude that keeps things on a real level, which is something that is difficult to find in today's world. He's one good guy. Hope and pray we can come to an agreement in the next couple days.

Eric came by to do an estimate for a full A/C unit upgrade. From the time I called to the time he arrived was less than 25 minutes. Eric was very knowledgeable and talked me through every process of the installation. He was very thorough and ensured that he addressed any of my questions. He was extremely patient and worked around what I really needed at my house. He was also able to work out as many discounts as possible to get me the best price he could. Writing a review for an install back in December now that we've used our new heat pump for both heating and cooling. The system is working great! Martin and his team did a fantastic job on the installation - they communicated well, made everything look nice, and provided information on how to use the system. Their price was extremely reasonable. I work at an organization that encourages people to install heat pumps, and I would recommend Affordable Heating and Air to everyone I know.

I’m so glad I discovered this company. I got quotes from two other companies that were way beyond my budget and quite surprising. Fortunately, I made another call, and a technician came over the next day.

I found this company on a Facebook group and I was desperate to fix my A/C because it wasn't pumping cool air. I called them and they sent a technician named Jeremy the SAME DAY! He told us our capacitor was the problem and we also needed to install a hard start kit. He did it in 20 minutes and our A/C started working instantly. It was a little pricier than I thought it would be but not horrible, considering we need our air condition fixed in this heat wave and Jeremy knew exactly what the problem was right away! Looking for an HVAC company you can trust? This is the one. I had a company come out to tune-up my AC unit and I was told my AC needed to be replaced soon. I then had 3 companies out for a second opinion. All but this company told me I needed to replace my unit ASAP. When I need a new unit in the future, I'll contact Mark. Mark explained in detail why no service was necessary at this time. There are so many companies prepared to take your money and this one will not cheat you.

I had a real problem with the installer of an air and heat unit that stopped working. They refused my calls so I went looking for someone and found affordable Heating And Air.
