Superb Service and Quality of Care. From the Customer Service Representative named Eugene to Mike the Tech who came out. This company deserves 10 stars for the quality, and the time they sacrifice to come out to do an amazing job! My parents had a 20 year old Gas water heater that needed to be replaced. I wish I had pictures, my Dad parked his car in the garage now I can't get pictures of the beautiful water heater.

I will update before and after pictures soon. Plus this company doesn't rip you off! They do not compromise excellent service with lower prices. They are the best in town as far as I'm concerned. Great job guys!

Super Brothers installed a heat pump water heater for us. The entire staff was courteous and professional and handled everything from start to finish including the paperwork. Dimitri did an outstanding job with the install and did it alone. Impressive because it was an all day job! What I most appreciated is when I had some trouble getting hot water the next day, they came right out and got everything situated; it was just a setting on the mixing valve, no big deal. He even came back half an hour later to make sure we were still getting hot water. We definitely felt taken care of. Highly recommend!

A crew of two arrived and dismantled an entire gas, air conditioning and heating system and replaced it with an electric version over one and a half days. Could not have been a better experience with workers in the house. Everything was kept clean and orderly, and they were completely professional throughout. We started having issues with our AC and Super Brothers came out immediately to check. Unfortunately it was determined that the entire AC unit would have to be replaced. Called Super Bros after another company quoted me 4x the going rate for a hose bib replacement out front. Jose called to let me know he was running early and confirm he could come by; he was prompt and professional, and completed the repair/replacement of my cracked hose bib in less than 30 minutes. Ray what is my technician and he was absolutely one of the most professional people that have ever entered my house to do a repair. He dealt with two problems that I've had other people come out and try to fix at least four times, he did it in less than an hour. My confidence in the company actually started with the phone call I had with Catherine she was extremely professional and helpful. She left me with a very secure feeling that I was going to be taken care of. They have a customer for life.

We had a new propane hot water heater installed several months ago (Spring 2020) and they also fixed an older hot water heater to decrease the time required to provide hot water. Finally, they redid the piping under the house to shorten the distance between the new heater and the kitchen sink and dishwasher thereby saving us time and water by cutting a previous 4-5 minute wait to get hot water to about 30-45 seconds.

Then a week or so ago, they called and advised us that a county inspection was required in order to keep our warranty and they arranged for a county inspector to come at a convenient time. When he inspected today, he had nothing but praise for Super Brothers' work in the installation of the new unit and noted that they went the extra mile by providing a 10-15 foot pipe to ensure that the carbon monoxide exhaust would exit the unit a long way from our deck which is immediately above it. Super Brothers is Super and I will. use them in the future for important work.

First and foremost I would like to say that Super Mario Plumbing has been my family's plumber for the last two years. I have used them for numerous jobs, big and small, and I have always been very impressed with their work. They are very professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. The first time they came out, they even gave me tips on how to re-start my garbage disposal free of charge.

Other companies would have charged me a service call just to come out! After that, they earned a customer for life. Recently, when I needed to have a plumber come out, I went on Google to get their phone number. I was surprised to see the string of negative reviews that were posted recently. It seemed a little fishy because the content of the reviews was completely the opposite of what I and so many others experienced with the company.

I was skeptical so I checked Yelp and there weren't negative reviews. I know that Yelp uses a thorough process in order to post on their site, which confirmed that these reviews are FAKE! I called Dimitar at Super Mario and he confirmed that they had no records of the "customers" that posted on this site and that the company is pursuing legal action. I stand by this company because of my family's long-standing relationship with them and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

My hot water stopped flowing all of the sudden a few days before I was going to list my home for sale, and Super Mario Plumbing saved the day. I figured I was in for a new water heater ($1300 !) just to get everything working again. Super Mario found a small plastic piece that had been lodged in the supply line and was blocking the flow of water and only charged me the min. service call fee. They could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me the water heater but didn't! That is true integrity!

Definitely 5 stars. I had an urgent (to me) situation involving a previous plumbing company not doing the job right. I had 1day off. I called quite a few plumbing companies and Super Mario was quick to respond, actually accommodated my schedule. My service technician was awesome! Timely, professional, personable and most importantly. He did an excellent job! Going to recommend to my friends and family!

Super Mario Plumbing was terrific! When I called in the morning the gentleman that answered was friendly and helpful and was able to get me a same day appt. Vadim showed up at my door a few minutes earlier than the start time which is unheard of! He was super polite and helpful, explained everything clearly and was upfront with the cost of anything that might be done.

He was super professional and I felt comfortable having him work on my issue without worry that he would take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I have had this happen in the past with other businesses. There is a reason that they have such a good rating!

Right from first contact on the phone they were great. Very accommodating with scheduling. Told me the price right up front including any other possible charges. They put in a toilet and kitchen faucet on the same day I called. The guy that came was very nice, professional and quiet and clean. Got the job done right very quickly and no surprises. My house is 30 years old. It looks like it's time to replace everything. The problem with the home's original kitchen sink is that it's made with enamel coating, and is totally rusted. I consulted two so-called plumbers, they said they couldn't fix it. Last Thursday, the garbage disposal unit broke. I went to Home Depot the next morning. I met their plumbing specialist, David Duncan, who referred me to Super Mario Plumbing.

Within a minute, Super Mario called me, and then I sent the first picture to him. He gave me a reasonable labor price. Now I have a new stainless steel kitchen sink, much larger than the old one. I highly recommend Super Mario Plumbing!

Nicest guys EVER. Fast work, explained everything they were doing. Cleaned out our pipes and the kitchen sink is working again! I called several local companies and decided on Super Mario Plumbing once I spoke to them on the phone. The best thing about this company I think is that they have a flat fee for drain clean out and promised if they can't get it working, it's free and there's a one month guarantee on what they do fix.

Many other companies charge per 15 minutes and even if they can't fix it, they charge a "service fee". Even though I know we have old plumbing, they didn't try to sell me anything. They were extremely polite on the phone and when they were here. With little kids and no kitchen sink for 48 hours, I've never been happier to do a load of dishes! Thank you Super Mario Plumbing. You're the best and we will be lifelong customers!

These guys are the only folks I will use for my plumbing needs. They have done two jobs for me: They installed an upstairs tank water heater in my rental and a tankless water heater in my home. I don't think anyone beats Super Mario's prices or professionalism. Everyone on their staff goes out of their way to be courteous and to keep you informed.

They are fast and work hard. Installing my tankless water heater involved drilling through a 18-inch brick wall in my garage, and halfway into the job, they decided drywall work would be involved. None of this extra work affected my original estimate. Awesome. I will use them again!
