I had an emergency! No A/C and they called a technician and as soon as he was done with the call he was on he came right over. I so appreciated that as I didn't have any a/c. Bad news was I need a whole new a/c unit which I kinda already knew. But great service and tech was very good and helpful. Thank you

Travis performed the scheduled Spring maintenance on my unit and discovered a weak capacitor, which he changed. I really appreciated this, as I have had starting capacitors fail in the past, and they usually fail at inconvenient times, such as during hot weather, weekends, etc. This is a relief knowing that I hopefully won't have to expect a failed capacitor this upcoming summer. These folks at River Valley go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend using them for your heating and AC needs.

I had a very good experience with river view there very nice and professional when I called, they came the same day I called, the charge to come out I felt was more than fair. They checked everything when they came out and explained there was nothing wrong with my unit but explained clearly why my house was getting so hot. Thank you! And it was worth the money for peace of mind.

The tec Edgar was here in a short time and did what he could but our unit is old so it will be replaced soon but River Valley A/C has and is doing a wonderful job and I will recommend it to everyone. By late after noon a new condenser unit was installed and our house was cool once more. Special thanks to Tiger and Kelly for working with us.

They came out within an hour of calling them when another company failed to come out! Edgar was HANDS DOWN AMAZING! Honest and explained what was going on. Within 20 min we were up and running and he even went above and beyond to clean the filter and look over the entire system to make sure it was in great shape!
