Came home to 87 degrees in the house. Immediately called Autumn Aire for service. Had someone, Taylor, to the house within an hour. Our unit is 20 years old but he had it up and running within 20 minutes. We were going to wait and replace the hvac next year but asked Taylor to price out new system now. Getting exactly what we need now. Have been with this company for over 10 years and would not use anyone else. And the bonus is having Taylor for all service/maintenance calls.

My wife and I just bought a home and had to get an HVAC tech to come look at our unit because it wasn't cooling the house properly. The whole process beginning to end was amazing. They come out same day, give you a time of arrival, and you know who your tech will be ahead of time. Taylor was beyond knowledgeable and was very kind and professional and was able to isolate the problem. The pricing is also very fair. I could not recommend this company more for your HVAC needs.

My AC went out this morning and of course on one of the hottest days this week. I called around everywhere, no one was able to come day of. Until I called autumn, I was quoted between 3:00-5:00. To my surprise frank showed up at 9am and I was so happy to see him! Excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Taylor has come out and serviced our AC several times. I am always happy with his work and competence. Each time he comes out he is very professional, honest and explains everything that he needs to do for the repair. No surprises and a straight shooter. He goes the extra mile to make sure his work is done right. It is hard to find AC people like that.

Autumn Air has been our HVAC partner for going on 4 years now. I feel we get honest feedback on the condition of all of our units and the right amount of upsells without the pressure of buying. Frank has been our guy since the beginning and he's great, in particular with all of my detailed questions. I do trust I'm going to get an honest diagnosis and feedback when Frank looks at a problem and/or is out for bi-annual check ups. Keep up the great work!

Can't say enough great things about Autumn Air Heating and Cooling and the technician Kolby. Our AC went out during some extreme heat and I contacted Autumn on Google message. They responded quickly and were so friendly and efficient in booking us first in line. Kolby came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and had cool air blowing within minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. In addition the price was very reasonable. Great company all around.

Tech arrived in about 65 minutes after calling in Saturday evening, driving from Goodyear, he replaced the bad capacitor and had it running in about 15 minutes. I did mentioned to Frank I went to Greenway HS as he went to Peoria HS. Back in my freshman year (that would be 1977, 47 years ago) the freshman football teams in the last game of the year, neither had won a game, but Greenway did this last one and we found a toilet seat out by were the bus was parked and declared our selves as the toilet bowl champions, I wonder if Kelly still has that trophy ( toilet bowl seat)? I will have to ask him. Thank you Ecg

First time using Autumn Air and very pleased. Called at 7am and my A/C was up and working by 10:30am. The tech was Taylor and he was fantastic, right on time and very helpful. He completely took care of issue and had cool air flowing. I was impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and fast professional work. Autumn Air and Taylor are now my go to for A/C work. Update on Autumn Air and technician Taylor. 1.
Right on time, 2. Very friendly and got to work first in attic checking system. 3. Next completely checked outside system including fully cleaning the outside heat exchanger. In less than hour job was completed and AC ready for our coming summer months. He left area completely clean. Great service. I can highly recommend Autumn Air.
