It's been a year since my install - Phil was great walking me through the decision process of selecting the best unit for my house and budget. Phillip explained the units size, brand, warranties, and was able to beat my previous quote. My system has been thru winter and summer no problems. I referred my sister a few months and she was as pleased with the service and the time Phil took to explain the install process, etc. Also thumbs up to install technicians they worked diligently to get my units installed at the height of their busiest time. Tam Is The Man! I NEVER post reviews, but I had to for how awesome of a job Tam did after my ac unit broke down Tam was super thorough, he took his time to explain EVERYTHING, step by step, what the issues were and why - he offered recommendations on how to fix the problem vs. just trying to sell a new unit Definitely recommend!

I have called multiple companies because my ac wasn't working and its starting to get hot. They all told me I needed a new unit but I called eco friendly air, and George came out here. He showed up and inspected my unit and he told me in less than 30 min what needed to be done to fix my unit. It was cheap to get it fixed. George was able to get my ac up and running just in time for this hot summer weather! He was very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly.

After reading countless reviews and receiving quotes from several companies here in Las Vegas, I selected Eco Friendly Air to do my HVAC update. First reason was simply response time (important if things go wrong down the road). Shortly after submitting the request for quote I was contacted by the company. The very next day they were in my home preparing a quote. Several contractors I requested quotes from took days to respond...not a good sign of future service. Eco was not the lowest bid and they were no where near the highest. They were offering quality equipment and their install practices where simply better than anyone else that made their way into my home. Customer service was/is very strong and again this is so important when investing in a new system to serve you for years to come. I am very happy with my decision to have Eco Friendly Air do my dual system replacement. Response time, professional personnel, quality equipment, advanced install practices, follow ups after install, and post 60 days our systems are running perfectly.

This is actually my first review online and I felt compelled to do it because of my recent experience with Eco Friendly Air. I just moved into my new house a week ago and the upstairs air conditioner stopped working. The neighbor suggested that I call this company because they do good work. I called and spoke to a young lady who was very friendly and professional. Stephen, the service tech, came out to my home within the same hour I called them and they he had my ac fixed within minutes.
He was nice and I appreciated his honesty as he showed me the problem with my ac. Overall, I couldn't be happier and I plan to refer eco friendly air to my friends and family. Thank you!

Eco Friendly Air went above and beyond my expectations. Steve arrived about an hour after i requested a quote for my AC unit blowing hot air and not cooling. He was friendly and assessed the situation quickly. He determined that it was the motor that needed to be replaced. $550 later and i had cool air again! Now i don't know how great of a price this is but he fixed it and was quick about it. I recommend these guys. They get the job done!

Excellent company with excellent service! Steve came over on time as scheduled and was very professional when he replaced my AC compressor. Steve was very thorough and I appreciated the "eco friendly" service. The price was affordable and the work done well by Steve who is an extraordinary technician and communicator!
