Afshin and Arvin repaired the blower motor and squirrel cage on my furnace. We had a great experience with UniColorado Heating & Cooling. The company communicated with us regularly throughout the initial diagnosis, to securing the necessary parts, and finally with the install. Other franchise named companies quoted us an astronomically insane price and tried to scare us into buying a new furnace. Instead, Afshin explained our options, never tried to upsell, and provided an efficient and effective repair. This HVAC company is a MUST recommend. We were very pleased with the installation of our mini split system. It was very easy to schedule service with UniColorado and they always provided updates on arrival times and showed up when scheduled. Work was done professionally, very knowledgeable regarding their products, and were very responsive to all of my questions/concerns. Pricing was also very competitive. Unico installed an electric furnace and a heat pump for us in Februrary of 2023. The price we paid for the heat pump was a bit lower than the other estimates we got. The installers were really hard working and were here all day! Didn't take any breaks. We used the RENU financing and the process for that was really easy. I recommend unico and it was a pleasure!

These guys are so responsive and friendly! I have used them for heating and cooling services on multiple investment properties, and referred them to other clients, and all great experiences! I am so impressed with how they do business; they try really hard to fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible, and always follow up on status of repairs, which I really appreciate (since that seems to be such a rarity among other companies).

Great company! They came during their day off to help get our AC installed during a heat crises. Other companies were telling us it would take 2-3 weeks. UniColorado charged us the same price for the same system, but was able to come much sooner. They were on time to all appointments, which is very rare in my experience. Bryan, our main point of contact there, was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Highly recommend!

I called UniColorado yesterday after our hot water stopped coming out of the faucets. They had someone at my house within 30 mins to inspect. They concluded it was frozen pipes. They said to wait for it to thaw and they would return the next day to inspect for any leaks. True to their word they came back. This all happened over a period of several single digit days which meant they had hundreds of calls.
I tried calling 4 other places before I found UniColorado. I am so thankful for their prompt response and keeping their promise to come back the next day. They only charged me one fee of $75 for the trip. The peace of mind was soooo worth it. I'm glad to have found a good hvac and plumbing company to keep on speed dial. Great company!

Service was prompt and professional. Aydin communicated with me based on my requested method. I am on the phone for work all day and am unable to answer calls. He texted to make the arrangements with me, which was awesome. They fixed the issue with my heat sensor in short order and serviced the unit while they were here. UniColorado will also be servicing my rental units in the future!
