Manger - Drew was very knowledgeable and on top of the service that I was requesting & found someone right away to come the same day. Service Tech - Angel was very pleasant and friendly man with a smile. He was very knowledgeable in everything that was needed to be done and he got right to work quickly and efficiently. Kendrick came yesterday and did the maintenance on my air conditioner. He found an incredibly dirty filter in the unit and since it got too dark to continue, he came back today and did extra service cleaning the filter and did an exceptional job. This July my 12 year old AC units were struggling to cool the house and I was informed my units needed to be replaced. I contacted multiple contractors including Emergency Air. Kristian represented Emergency Air and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of my current unit and provided multiple options to replace my current units from lowest cost up to more expensive and efficient units available.
He explained in detail the installation process and what Emergency Air would be able to improve based on their installation. Kristian helped me get the best price on the new multi stage efficient units I liked. Raoul and his installation team were very professional and courteous. The new Carrier units have performed flawlessly since installation in July and electric bills have seen a significant decrease so far. Thank You Emergency Air and your team.

If I could give more stars I would! My service technician was Gerald Largo and he was super! He came and explained everything he was going to do to check and service my unit. He showed me pictures of all of the components of my AC and explained their functions. Pretty much everything checked out super but attention was needed on a couple of items, which he showed me through pictures.
After getting my okay he fixed them that same day then showed me pictures of the work he did. He is such a knowledgeable, polite, and hard working man! Emergency Air Heating and Cooling provide wonderful follow up service in the products they sell.

If it were not for the amazing service from Ryker and Gary, I would not have given 5 stars. However, they immediately apologized for the issues I had with scheduling the services and then got to work. They were efficient and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The technician was the most professional and knowledgeable tech we've experienced. He took time and photos to explain to me in detail the problems with our a/c. He also explained and showed the work-arounds done by the previous home warranty techs. Now I understand why, even though we have solar panels, our utility bill is so high. To be quite honest, he did above and beyond the $39.99 a/c tune up special. I highly recommend Emergency Air.

We had a terrible storm last night that left us without power for more than 6 hours. When we tried to turn on our ac unit there was no air flow coming out at all. So I gave Emergency Air a call and made an appointment for the same day. Russ came out to diagnose the issue and found out that our motor was completely done for, the storm took it out due to our split system being very sensitive like a smart computer.
So we are still covered for parts which is great, and just had to pay for labor costs. We payed half now to get the part ordered and once it's delivered Russ will come back to install the part and get our ac working again! Russ is a very genuine and kind ac tech guy, very straight up, and I appreciate that. Thank you Russ it's people like you who make a great business. I recommend them 100%. A

Ariel is amazing! He came out to do a second opinion inspection after a different company damaged my AC unit multiple times. He was able to immediately identify the poor workmanship and haphazard fixes from the previous company and knew the solutions. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I would be extremely comfortable with him completing the required repairs!

On September 7 2023, late morning, I had a fantastic experience with Emergency Air service technician, Jonathan Palermo, who visited my home for a condenser unit cleaning and system inspection. Jonathan was incredibly attentive, understanding, and helpful. Not only did he address my AC issues promptly, but he also went above and beyond to fix my garage door problem which occurred that morning.

William came to our home yesterday to do regular maintenance on our heat pump, and he was great! Communication with the office when our appointment was scheduled and about William's arrival time occurred via text and telephone and was very timely. William was repectful and professional, and he took many photos during the servicing of our unit which he used to show us how our unit was functioning.
We have never had such a thorough explanation about the health of our unit! William told us about their Heroes Program which provides regular maintenance visits twice each year. We are happy to be supporting a Veteran-owned company which truly seems to care about their Veteran customers!

From the initial call to set up our regular maintenance service to the moment the technician walked into our house the communication was top notch. The technician William was so courteous and knowledgeable. He let us know up front what to expect and each step of the way and he gave us a report card at the end of the service. He was respectful of our home and our time. This is the best experience we have had with an HVAC company. We will definitely be requesting William for all our follow up maintenance and service.

Last week I was on my couch watching t.v. When I noticed I was perspiring? I went to check the temperature in my home which I keep at 76, the thermostat read 90! I did a search on my phone & found Emergency Air Heating and Cooling. I gave them a call & within 90 minutes a Technician was at my door. I want to thank Emergency Air for coming out to repair my unit on emergency notice. It was an unusual repair, but Pat was able to get the unit back up and running in the 113 degree weather same day! I had a great experience with Emergency Air. We had our A/C summer maintenance done. First time using them. The tech Rich walked us through everything he did with pictures showing what services he performed on our AC.Rich answered all of my questions and gave me estimates on specific things I asked about. He was thorough and very professional. I really love that you get a text prior to the techs arrival which includes a picture of the tech and a short bio. I feel this is really helpful so that you actually know who is supposed to be showing up to your door.
