Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

We r currently remodeling our home and had questions as to the price and process of installing a mini-split system for AC. Ryan at Steve's Plumbing was very professional and knowledgeable as he gave us information as to the process, costs & benefits associated with getting a split AC unit installed. Our remodel will begin soon and we will see at what point we can afford to install the units we like. Thank you Ryan and Steve's Plumbing for being so helpful and professional!

From the beginning call, to the service appointment, the repair appointment and their follow-up advice, Ryan and Nick surpassed all my expectations. They kept in touch while parts were being shipped, kept me appraised of any delays and price estimates, showed up on time, fixed the compressor, installed a surge protector, cleaned the unit afterwards, and told me about how to have conversations with Meco to avoid surges in the future. A great experience! They're the best!

I had a slow leak under my kitchen sink. Corey Adams arrived to troubleshoot. He found what he thought the problem was. He explained the problem and what he did to fix it. He said to monitor it for three days and to call vack if there is still a leak. Very satisfied with the service so far! Corey was very professional and friendly.

Once again I needed the service of Steve's Plumbing. Thinking it would be awhile for their availability, but no, I called today and they were able to send someone this afternoon. Matthew A. was professional and took care of what I needed. it was great. This was the third time I have used them and every time the employees are respectful, explain exactly what they are doing, the costs, my options and I have never been disappointed with their work. Ryan and Travis did a great job on installing a cooling system in my house. Ryan determined what system would be appropriate for my needs, and he and Travis completed the installation in one day. I am very satisfied with their work and the cooling system.

I had the pleasure of working with a young gentleman plumber named Kailiwai and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He expertly fixed my two bathrooms and two sinks, all the while maintaining a friendly smile. What impressed me even more was his attention to detail, as he wore surgical booties to keep his shoes clean while working. Aslen the technician, who came within a few hours of my initial call about our newish AC, was terrific. He checked and explained the electronics and best settings, cleaning times, checked the filter. I am very pleased.

Cory was prompt and knowledgeable. He did a good job in a very tight spot. I would definitely hire Steve's plumbing and Cory again!

It was just a quote for a solar water heater replacement, but Ka'alai was on time, professional and very friendly. I got my quote the same day. I called other plumbing services and they either kept changing my appointment due to so called emergencies 3 times which was an inconvenience of having to change our schedules to be at home. Steve's Plumbing is on the top of our list for future troubleshoot calls.

Very responsive and helpful. Submitted an email inquiry at 7:00 am, called by dispatch at 7:45 am and the Aaron was at my house checking on the problem by 8:30 am. He explained the problem well and gave me options for repair. He was efficient and professional and I had a new working water heater by the afternoon!

They gave me a quote for a water heater relocation. He was very professional and thorough. I don't know yet if they will be doing the work yet, but I am very confident he will do a great job. We talked about details I had not thought about and he never made me feel rushed or pressured to do the job same day and I liked that.

Sink leak repair was done for my business. I called them and they were prompt and the technician knew exactly what to do. He suggested certain things needed and did the job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Steve's was great. I had a sudden leak from the faucet that handles our reverse osmosis system. It was bad enough that I had to turn off the cold water in the kitchen and the system was complicated enough that I didn't want to touch it myself. I called Steve's and they had someone out in a few short hours. They were able to isolate the issue and get my water turned back on in no time.

They had to go get some parts and said they would be back first thing in the morning. Sure enough, they showed up around 8am the next morning to finish the job. I won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

I had my main cold water line bust on Thursday evening coming up on a holiday weekend. I was unable to get anyone to my property to help as my water line was under concrete in a difficult location. I called Steve's on Friday and they sent out someone right away. Canon was our professional and exceeded my expectations. He located the leak and then discovered that not only did I have 1 leak; I had many.

He assured me he would get it done and several days later he did with some help from Jeremiah, another wonderful tech. It was an extremely tough job and he was nothing short of professional and courteous. They even did a very thorough cleaning of the site. I don't typically leave reviews but I will say my experience was nothing short of wonderful considering the catastrophe I had days prior. Steve's isn't the cheapest but the work is quality and the communication is top notch. If I ever have another plumbing problem I know who to call, and especially who to ask for.

A little hiccup in the job, but Aaron did a great job. Cannon did the same next day to follow up! I am very happy with the service Steve's provides.
