Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning

Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning has been great. They installed our HVAC system last year and followed up to see if we wanted an annual check-up a couple weeks ago. Jonah was our technician for the check-up. He arrived inside the scheduled window and called when he was 25 minutes out. He was very professional and helpful.

Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning Technicians Mr. Camryn & Mr. Chad displayed and provided outstanding and very professional service to our home furnace. Mr. Chad was very knowledgeable and successfully serviced and conducted a tune up on the furnace and Mr. Camryn safely removed the old steel connector and replaced it with a flex connector on our other furnace. Mr. Camryn & Mr. Chad's outstanding professional skills; professional knowledge, and patience aided immeasurably in identifying and solving problem areas in the field of Furnace Maintenance.

Jonah came out to do the yearly maintenance on our AC today, he called before heading over to make sure it was a good time, worked quickly and was super friendly. Really happy with our services!

Andrew W. came by to perform an electrical safety inspection. Was very thorough and provided some good insight on a few miscellaneous issues with our switches and keeping up to code. Will definitely come back to them with other electrical problems.

Diagnostic visit with Chad was educational. The furnace in the garage (installed by previous owner) was nearly prehistoric, a dinosaur! Worst of all CO readings were enough to cause serious concern. Ryan came to my house and patiently listened to everything I wanted work done on. He explained the process, gave several options, and came up with a quote that explained the work to be done, as well as options I may want to pursue. He was friendly and assured me of the necessities of the job. I am very happy with his estimate and the quote was reasonable. While I haven't approved the work yet, I am comfortable with the bid.

My son and his wife purchased a home 12/22 only to find out the inspector did not I uncover a furnace that was throwing out 25% carbon dioxide. They want to have the furnace cleaned only to get this bad news. The furnace had to be replaced. Taylor heating replaced the furnace. Applying the cleaning charge toward the furnace. They were prompt, answering any questions and the installation was done with care and attention to detail. My son and daughter in law along with my husband were very pleased with the service and respect.

I can't thank this company enough for their professionalism in all they do. Outstanding care while performing their work and conducting themselves while at my residence. They always leave the area they work at much cleaner and they're always keeping me updated on their progress before, during and after the job. "Excellence" should be their Motto!

I had an early morning electrical emergency. Taylor was so responsive. They sent someone out right away, assessed the issue, and said they would prioriting the repairs (power out). Chad did an excellent job diagnosing the problem in my electric furnace. He thoroughly checked everything out and recommended replacing 3 new thermal strips and a sequencer in my furnace to get it back to functioning at 100%. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything to me so I could understand how a furnace operates. He gave me prices on heating options such as a heat pump or a new furnace. Again Chad did an excellent job today.

Explained everything so we knew what will be done, tear down & installation in a easy to understand. Very personable, knowledgeable, helpful. The next day when tearing down and installing was done very professionally. Everything explained as they were working in a easy to understandable. They left area cleaner than when they arrived, very pleased! My only complaint would be instructions for thermostat were not in English, although was in many other languages, which of course we could not decifer.

We had a leaking water tank issue. Sean Smith is the technician that came out to find the problem. We were concerned the water tank may have needed replacement since it was leaking from the bottom and I didn't see any other signs of leakage. I had turned off the water and the leakage stopped. Sean immediately noticed the cause of the leakage once he turned on the water.

He then replaced the fitting that was leaking and serviced the water heater to make sure there were no other issues. His approach is very friendly, professional, and he answered all the questions I presented to him. He clarified why the leakage appeared on the bottom which gave me a clear picture of why it did come out the bottom. Great company, they also installed our furnace in the past, very happy with this organization.

My husband and I had a really good experience with Taylors. From the estimate to the install service was amazing. Taylor heating and air conditioning was a godsend! Our air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. We called a different outfit that said they couldn't be out till the next week and the price just for showing up to diagnose would be $190.00 plus tax. I knew we couldn't wait that long as I was trying to get my 92 year old mother out of her condo and into out cooled home.

So I called Taylor after seeing their ad for $59 to diagnose and could come the next day! Wow! I was so thankful! They were so nice and professional from the gal I spoke to on the phone to Brandon who came and did the work. Brandon was so nice and was so good about explaining everything to us. In no time he had us up and running! Such a great company and family owned. I will for sure do all my business with them from now on!

Andrew was very professional, came right in checked all the outlets we had showed him checked our circuit boxed found the problem and solved it. Brandon and David were great installers of our new system. Both guys were very polite and curtious. Also install is top notch. The new system was explained very well to me. All old system was hauled off as well. Very good company to do business with. Will definitely use them again.

Donny was wonderful! Called with he was on his way and when he got close so I can put the dogs. He explained why the heat pump was not working and took the time to explain to me why. Definitely will recommend him to friends and family!

Chad was instrumental in getting AC installed in our home. He provided detailed information on what options were available and an estimate of the work to be done. Two days later, Joey and Sean, along with their helpers, were here to install our new system. The installation was flawless. We are now happily enjoying our new AC system!

Joe was wonderful. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and performed a thorough analysis/diagnostic and quickly identified the cause of our AC unit not working (refrigerant leak). He was also very friendly and professional. The cost of the diagnostic was extremely reasonable and I would recommend using Taylor, and wish we would have called them previously, especially given the fact that the issue that was identified was same one that was supposed to have been fixed by another AC repair company who came out to do work on the unit previously.

Both the estimate & install teams were great. I live in a really old mobile home so cutting holes to run wiring isn't a good option. The estimate team bounced ideas off each other & came up with a great plan. A week later the install team arrives & did a fantastic job. My husband and I had our A/C unit installed today, and we could not be more happy with our decision to go with Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning. From the initial phone call to schedule the quote, Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning has been great to work. Nar really helped explain the different products and why certain models were more advantageous than others, particularly regarding sound and warranties.

He was thorough with his information and provided us with a clear price breakdown. (He also recommended a good deli near where we live, which is just another perk!) Today, Michael and David arrived on time and worked incredibly hard all day. With our furnace being in the attic, the work is much more demanding, but both Michael and David worked nonstop throughout the day.

Both Michael and David took the time to answer questions that my husband and I had about the unit, and explained how to properly maintain the unit as well as its future service recommendations. Overall, I am very happy we decided to go with Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to have air conditioning installed!

Donny was extremely professional and had great communication even before making it to the appointment time we were given by the office. He reached out to get a better understanding of what system we had and sent me pictures to help me identify specific things prior to him arriving. He communicated when he was on his way and arrived on time. Found our problem quickly and got parts ordered and a follow up call scheduled for the next day. He was easy to work with and made the whole process very smooth by being so proactive.

We called Taylor to come in and inspect and give us an estimate as PSE transformer blew and send a 150 volt power stream to our house, which we were told blew the electric motor on our furnace by Hunt HVAC at a repair cost of $1300, additionally shared with us that they have had a lot of trouble with the brand of furnace that we had installed. Next, a technician from Taylor HVAC came in, inspected our furnace (only 2.5 years old) and told us that the internal breaker in the furnace has popped and he set them, told us to turn the main breaker on the main box for the furnace on and then he stated, that is all, I can't sell you anything when there is nothing broken!

We paid $59.99 for the inspection, previously we had paid $170 to Hunt HVAC for their "estimated" repair cost (also HUNT HVAC did not show up the day they were supposed to, when we called them, they said they were waiting for the "part", the following day they called us and said that they could come the next day, we declined as we could not stay at the house another day for them to show up!), we had already scheduled the same day with Taylor HVAC, showed up on time, sent us emails and text. no problem with them. I have been totally impressed with Taylor's Heating. from initial contact to schedule appointment, to working with the estimator, to scheduling installation and having the techs come out and do the work. had both an old furnace replaced and a new a/c unit installed. the guys were on time and finished, cleaned up and had answered all my questions in less than 7 hours. everything looks great and I look forward to having more consistent temp in the house and will definitely be using again.

I am very satisfied with the service, knowledge and promptness of Taylor heating. Donny Rogers (the dog whisperer) the service tech was very informative and did not try to upsell. He was very honest with the best rout to take as far as repair or replacing. The installation was efficient and well organized. They took out old unit out and left not mess. I would recommended them to our neighbor as well. I will continue to recommend them to anyone. Patti R
