We have had a great experience with Belred so far. Their electrical team (Thomas Kim & Dylan Jonas) is excellent. They addressed all our concerns professionally and gave good advice where required. We will surly recommend them for projects around the house.

I have used many customer service companies in the past several years and by far Bel-Red Heating. is the best in many ways. Customer service on the phone, emails and text messages has been awesome, especially during Covid and even now. I'm very impressed with the gentleman who came to my house today to service my whole house generator. Lawrence Brookover is a wonderful addition to your team.

He explained everything to me and was very helpful to make sure that I understood what he was concerned about. I wish he could teach a class to everyone in the customer service industry. Dylan (and his assistant Eugene) was great! Lots of roots in the side sewer that would have created problems, especially in my basement drains. Roots were successfully removed and cleared. No worries now for the upcoming wet winter! Service:Sewer cleaning

Justin and Oscar did a great job today. They are very professional and very kind. They explained what they did and also showed me what was done. Joel and Gavino were excellent technicians who installed our HVAC system. They were very professional and performed quality work quickly.

We were more than pleased with Lawrence's knowledge and professionalism. he got us up and running and made the whole process easy and comfortable. He is someone you can really trust to be honest in his assessment and repair. We had Bel-Red back out to do a EV charger install and the service from Robert was excellent. Once again, another super friendly technician who knew his stuff. Always had a smile and did top notch quality work.

Matthew Flader, an electrician for BelRed was out last week to look over our existing electrical panel, and to plan for a total upgrade to coincide with a new heat pump system and electric car charger. Matthew was very personable and helped us to understand what would be entailed as he simultaneously coordinated with the heat pump specialist. He obviously knows his stuff.

Our home had an odd setup from 14 years ago that needed correcting. Matias and Jared cleaned up the wiring (including a new circuit) and replaced all of our circuit breakers ("panel refresh") in a few hours. If pressed, I'd say that that I like =most= about having BelRed Plumbing out to fix my kitchen sink is their responsiveness, and the consistently good value for money over time (since 1997). Not only did Dylan LaBreche and Lawrence Plummer do the job quickly and cleanly (and showed us the clog! Man, that clog was NOT going to go away on its own!) but they explained how it happened and how not to have it happen again.

We've been using the same plumbers for more than 25 years (we were Fox Plumbing clients before the recent merger with BelRed). Over the years, the service and the resources they bring to bear continues to expand, while the cost of work/repair has remained roughly the same. The value-for-money is emphatically there. (And my dog remembered them from last year and wagged his tail like an outboard motor, for what that's worth.) So thanks you guys, Dylan and Lawrence! We purely appreciate the work you do in our house!

Their technician is always on time and keep communicating if something unexpected happens. Most of all, their technician is very professional and honest about what needs to be done. Yes, it might feel a bit more costly to use BelRed than services that other companies provide, but it is worth every penny; getting a service from Bel Red will give you a peace of mind once the job is done.

Great service! The technician was knowledgeable and provided a detailed explanation of the maintenance for the fireplace. He presented information on a new maintenance plan. He took interest in making sure I knew the details of the new plan.

Daniel Tickler was the best technician we've ever had. All of the people from Bel Red have been 100% but Daniel is over the top in explaining with detail about the system checking every detail and answering all my questions about the system. He's very professional and friendly. I want to refer the entire neighborhood to him. He changed the filter and educated me about the best filters to order as the filter wasn't changed with the installation.

I would like to request Daniel from now on if possible. He restored confidence that everything is complete with no loose ends. He's smart! Bel red is fortunate to have him. This kind of service makes people be happier to spend money!

Marshall Ryan and Chase Beamer ran a new electrical line for a garbage disposal in a home that I recently purchased. They were in my home for two different appointments to complete the work and were courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to get the work done, and didn't even mind having to crawl through three crawl spaces under my home to run the line to the electrical panel! I have many more projects to get done around this house, and I will be sure to call Chase and Marshall back to help me with the work. Would definitely recommend.

I was impressed by the time that the two electricians (Oscar and Cade) spent with us, explaining details about the required job and how our present problem existed within our house's electrical system (very old house; many different kinds of electrical demands over time). Both Oscar and Cade were genial and friendly; we were immediately at ease with them.

They did not rush us or cut any questions short. When they left, the job done, I knew our house electrical system better and felt confident that I could made decisions about future work with confidence.

Alex "the electrician" is above and beyond. He is one of the team who replacing our furnace from Bel-Red. He is easy to work with and understand the project we need. He puts light switch in our furnace room which we never thought about. We are very pleased with his exceptional work and think outside the box attitude. The rest of the team (Rodrigo, Alex the HVAC, and Dustin) are as awesome as Alex the electrician. They are very cooperative and got the job done nicely. We met Hayden for quote and trusted him that we made the right decision to go with Bel-Red. Kiddos guys!

Hector was very experienced and thorough in servicing our 2 furnaces. He also made time with installing a new thermostat as it was a last minute request. At the end of the appointment he took the time to address what he did and what issues needed to be done. He helped explained how to operate the new thermostat including programming the settings for each day of the week. Thanks for a job well done!

George from Bel-Red heating cooling and plumbing was very prompt and courteous. Didn't push any sales on me, and gave me time to think about the cost of replacing blow motor. He also put a cover over his shoes before I enter my house which I appreciate it very much.

Cade and Oscar are fantastic electricians: they installed my Tesla wall connector today with super quality and speed. They are very knowledgeable and helpful for my choice of wall connectors. I will recommend them for electrical jobs any time!

Nice! Kevin did comprehensive diagnostics to find out the problem of my current AC. Ensured it is safe to use. I learned lot about the status of my current system, which I can make decisions based on. Their opinions also make lots of sense, varying from repairing and replacing with a few branded units.

Evan was great to work with He was very thorough in the inspection and service of our AC unit. He made recommendations for parts and service to help improve out AC units efficiency. I appreciated all of the time and effort taken to assure our AC was working and all of our questions were answered.

Installed a new heat pump and AC last week. First day 1, most stuffs installed and left with a thermostat because the electrician could not fix the wire. Next day, another team came up and fixed it. Bobby was the electrician who is super experienced and professional to wire a very tricky wire from the system in my basement up to my main floor with very limited access.

Very impressed. Following day 3 Kyle, he is very efficient and organized. Picking up a project left over by his team, he asked once what is the status of everything and started to work non-stop for few hours until everything was fixed and started working. Left with clear instructions what needs to be fixed with another team and communicated properly with the office to follow it up.

Day 4, electrician from first day came to fix a plug which was not working from Day 1. Now waiting for the HAVC team to come next week to fix a pipe which needs to be glued. It is a big project and serviced by good and experienced guys. Would give 5 stars if everything can complete in a shorter time.

Sean was very professional and efficient; he was also very personable and receptive to questions I had. We were notified by text that Sean was en route to do the inspection, and he arrive not long afterwards. Throughout the inspection, Sean was informative and demonstrated extensive product knowledge regarding our heat pump and furnace, and offered suggestions as to how to maintain the units for longevity and maximum efficiency. All-in-all, the inspection service was quick and painless. Thank you, Sean.

Excellent, professional work. After a very complete (and free) assessment of our home's electrical system we contracted with BelRed for this work. Thomas and Dylan contacted us ahead of the scheduled day to confirm their arrival time and coordinated with the PUD to shut off our power. Once on site they removed our 47 year old panel and replaced it with an upgraded, modern panel. Thomas and Dylan also installed an EV charger and a second ground rod, so everything is up to code and ready for our conversion to an electric heat pump.

The site was clean and working perfectly by mid afternoon. I'd recommend this team to anyone. They have the expected electrical skills, but also the work ethic and customer relations skills that are the reason we so appreciate a solid company like BelRed.

I just purchased a new Bosch heat pump. I was apprehensive in the beginning not knowing anything about HVAC, but after the consultation, I felt educated and confident. Laura K. was my sales consultant and I couldn't be more pleased. Laura arrived on time, very friendly, but more important very thorough. She had an answer for just about all of my questions (which were many).

The questions she couldn't answer she got an answer for quickly. She knows her equipment/brands! I worked with her for about 3 weeks before I finally made my decision to go with BelRed. Not once did I feed pushed or rushed. Punctual, professional, informative, very thorough, excellent follow-up. What else can a client ask for? My install is tomorrow and I feel confident that the install crew will do a great job. I will say if you are looking for an HVAC quote call BelRed and ask for Laura K.

I got a number of quotes for a panel upgrade in my home that currently had an out of code panel that was also a fire hazard. After doing some further research I decided to go with Bel-Red. Although it was not the cheapest of my options, I fully believe it was of the best quality. The techs that did the panel upgrade and replacement were Justin C., Oscar H. and Vicente B.

These gentleman need a raise. They were extremely professional, clean and did a fantastic job. The wiring behind the panel is honestly an OCD persons dream. With each being labeled and perfectly aligned and straight. I will be having further electrical work done in the future and fully intend to hire Bel-Red to do the work. (EV Charger, hot tub and switching some rooms to different breakers) The process was explained very clearly, so I didn't have many questions.

The walk through was also very clearly explained and the few questions I did have were answered clearly. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with any type of home repairs. These three gentleman stayed late on a Friday night and came early Saturday to do a few extra things that I wanted to have done (change out the 240v and properly mounted it in a box and rewired the microwave to a stand alone circuit) and this was over a long 4 day weekend. I will certainly be a returning customer to Bel-Red because of how well these electricians did. Thank you!
