We had a very positive experience with Shane who replaced our aging breaker box! Shane and CPI really came to our rescue as we were without power and they were able to prioritize our needs. Oliver quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through my options based on cost and durability. Once we aligned on an approach, he got to work, kept me in the loop, and at the end walked me through everything. I am a new home owner so he also taught me about the various water shutoffs in the crawl space. Would definitely call CPI again for my needs.

Michael Olsen did an exceptional job yesterday repairing our Triangle Water Boiler in our cabin on Decatur Island. His service was prompt, efficient and thorough. He displayed a lot of knowledge about our boiler and I highly recommend him. Tom

The young man that came to look at my plumbing problem was Corbin. He was great at explaining what he thought the problem was and how he was going to confirm that and fix it the next day. I was given an estimate and it was spot on. Corbin and the gentleman with him on the second day where super with my floors keeping their booties on and cleaned up after themselves removed my old toilet with no muss or fuss. I would use CPI again, recommended to my friends and definitely request Corbin.

I had a pipe that seemed to have burst and split underneath my house. As I was looking to shut off my water I called CPI for emergency assistance in helping to repair my piping as I had no idea where the pipe originated from and was connected to. Not even an hour after my call, Trevor came out to help and withing half an hour it was all resolved. Couldn't be anymore proud of this company! Outstanding work CPI! THANK YOU TREVOR.

Chris has great attention to detail! He was also nice to all our fur babies (we have 2 dogs who were demanding of his attention as well, haha). Davis Cook came to my home and gave me an estimate on what needed to be done under my house to get the heating working in the back of my house as it does in the front. He was personable, on time, answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We had a toilet leak that was caused by a different problem than what we originally suspected. We called CPI and they came out the next morning. Calvin worked the problem through with us helping us to the best possible solution. He was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable about what needed to be done while confirming his diagnosis and solution with the main office. CPI got someone out three hours earlier than scheduled, this was awesome since I had to shut the main off for the leak. When Mike arrived, he was quick to find the issue and clearly explained the repairs needed. He had the repair done very fast and left no mess behind. Arnaldo was a consumate professional. He did an assessment of my Mitsubishi heat pump that was not working and found a simple solution to the problem. He spent the time needed to help me understand all the assessment steps he took to fix my heat pump. Thank you for making sure my home will be warm this winter and providing me a plan for maintenance in the future. CPI was very responsive to my online request for an appointment and taking the needed information so Arnaldo was well of the issue needing to be addressed. Ryan Frizzel with CPI is a great plumber. Very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed several issues for us all at once and seemed very efficient. Cleaned up well too after cutting into drywall. Also provided several options when he gave us quotes which I really appreciated.

Trever was my technician. My 70 year old sewer pipe from the house to the city was not flowing. His communication was clear and detailed on what was required. He was respectful of my home, warm and genuine. I appreciated that CPI did not charge a fee to drive to my house. A local Bellingham plumbing company charges $298 to drive to your house, assess the issue and then offers an estimate. I did not choose to go with them. I felt CPI's rate was at par with other plumbing services. I would call them again.

Good experience all around. First, they were not only on time, they were early (gave me a heads-up of course)! They were respectful and professional. I know who I'll call when I'm ready to complete my bathroom project.

We had a water leak apparently from our outside hose bib that flooded our laundry room. CPI was able to get us on their schedule quickly. Calvin identified the problem which was a burst hose bib. He ordered the part and was able to complete the job. Calvin was professional, answered our questions and even identified a problem we were unaware of on another hose bib.

Great customer service, very polite, approachable and very knowledgeable in what he doing. I appreciate the time he takes out to explain everything he was doing. He took the time to go over everything on the invoice. It was so good he will be back to do some other repair work that he brought to my attention. I like that there was never any pressure.

The guys put covers over their shoes, they checked out my problem. They looked for the easiest solution first. They did a great job telling me all about their A B C solutions plan and the cost. I'm every happy with their work and both of them. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Mike Smalanskas and Steven were great. They not only fixed the problem but also fully explained how everything worked, what they did, and how to better avoid issues in the future. They were professional and friendly at the same time. Very pleased with the experience.

Bought a 90's manufactured home and needed a full re-plumb to get all the poly-b out, and might as well get a water softener and filters if I'm getting a full re-plumb. Their technician listened to all my needs and concerns and implemented a custom plan that met all of them. In addition, it wasn't until after the work was done that I noticed that they had run a new drain pipe along the outside of my house that didn't look super flattering; on my request they promptly came back out and re-ran it under the deck and looks much better.

Plumbers are not going to be inexpensive but I do feel we got our money's worth! Our water heater went out and even tho' it was close to 5pm, they sent a technician right away. The few other places we tried would be another day or two before they could come out. We would have NO running water in the meantime. Technician hooked us right up w/running water, removed the bad water heater and cleaned up as best as possible.

Then we were repaired and ready for reinstall, he came right out, worked diligently to get us all set. The new water heater set up is much better & more preventive so we don't have the same worry about any leaks. We appreciated the good service we received.

Called and inquired and right there I got appt for my drain cleaning within two hour window. Staff named Calvin explained all steps and estimates of the job entails. He got the job done professionally. Very polite and knowledgeable on his job. Good job guys. Service:Drain cleaning

Highly recommend CPI! We have used them multiple times for plumbing issues and always satisfied. Most recently we were blessed to have Corbin come out and assist us with a small issue. He exceeded all our expectations! He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He even took pictures to show us the problem and help better understand the solution.

Michael showed up to our site and was very professional. We have had issues getting an issue solved on unpermitted work previous owner did. He was very honest that he didn't want to any unnecessary work to just make a bucks and instead advised we get some better direction from the county before moving forward. Highly recommend CPI!

Wesley and Jon worked on our clogged pipe and diagnosed our leak. They both were very professional and explained what had to be done and promptly fixed our issue. Thank you for having such knowledgeable technicians who knew exactly what to do to resolved our problem. On a return visit they fixed our pipes, Jon was the lead it appeared and kept us updated on the progress and worked diligently in the rain.

We have the upmost confidence our issues are fixed and we will not have any further Problems with those particular pipes. Although the bill was pricey we feel the prompt and outstanding job is worth it. Thanks for the great work Jon.

CPI customer service is spot on. They listened to us when we asked about the way the quote process was handled and they truly wanted to determine what went wrong so they could fix it. They did make things right and were prompt to ensure the customer concerns were addressed.
