Christy is a very good HVAC technician. She discovered a leak due to a duct strap failure. She came back out the next day and it was covered by my warranty at no extra charge.

Jesus came out to do a plumbing inspection. He was professional and friendly. He addressed issues I was having with low water flow out of a couple sink faucets. He had to crawl under the sinks to get to the problem. Everything he had to remove from under the sink he put back and left everything clean and dry just as he found it. During the inspection, he found and fixed a slow drain in my guest bath tub that I forgot about.

He then flushed my water heater and recommended services to extend the life of the heater. He answered every question I had with a smile. I purchased a new hvac unit several years ago. Every employee I've encountered have been incredible. I can't say enough good things about Elite. Update a couple years after posting original review: I continue to use Elite. Still, every tech and customer service personnel I've spoken to have been very professional, courteous, and just a pleasure to deal with.

My AC was making unusual noises and they came out same day. Alex found the problem right away (minor issue) and said he'll also check the compressor just to make sure it was still functioning properly. All was working well. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. That's why I love Elite. They're honest and priced reasonably. I can't say enough good things about every person who works for Elite.

I have been a customer of Elite for several years, and the longevity makes a statement. The customer service of its employees goes beyond the call of duty. Over the decades, I have been in a couple of emergency situations, and Elite had my back and was there to support me. Most recently, Sharon made it possible for me to get service when it's work load was scheduled out for a couple of days.

Before days end, Jesus showed up. Professionalism, kindness and caring is exercised at Elite. I would recommend Elite to all, and I'm so appreciative to know it's integrity which also makes a statement.

This company was so great when my AC broke. They came out quickly and installed my new units ASAP. All of the employees that worked on my job were very professional. My daughter was referred to this company when she needed a new AC system. I recently moved in with her and we moved to a different house which needed AC maintenance/servicing. Since she had experience with Elite, we called them again. They came on a Sunday, checked out our AC unit and suggested a part be replaced, then came back within a few days to install the part.

Our technician was Alex. I was totally impressed by his professionalism and his knowledge even though he is pretty young! I also LOVE that this company is a family business and local to this area! I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again!

Alan was awesome. He came in inspected our HVAC systems found that one of our 23 year old units finally surpassed its time of value. Elite service is great. Offer a maintenance plan for Summer and Winter. Arrival was on time, we have 4 cleanable air filters, also were cleaned. During the visit, Matthew saved a Humming Bird. We have a feeder in our backyard, door was open, Humming Bird flew upstairs to a window. Effort made by Matthew amazing! Humming Bird was stunned, once outside placed near the feeder, then flew up to the feeder, perched and started feeding.
