We are delighted with the service we received. Having utilized their services in the past, we will certainly do so again. We appreciated being able to speak with a real person when we called at 7 a.m., and our technician, Brian, arrived just over an hour later. After collecting quotes from several different HVAC companies I decided to go with The Bee for a new AC. I have a house with vaulted ceilings that presented some challenges and I was really impressed with their commitment to getting it right. After being happy with their service and commutation I hired them to install a new boiler system which is used for heat at my house and was very impressed and happy with the service I received. Adrian, who handles boilers, is top notch. They weren't the cheapest, nor were they they most expensive, but they were committed to doing the job right.

Our furnace/AC blower died in the middle of a 99 degree day. Danny came out and diagnosed (it was 17 years old and needed to be replaced) and had a new one up and running by the next afternoon! He was great to work with! Services:Repair HVAC, Install AC

I called to get my AC looked at since it was not cooling efficiently, and Obed was able to come out that same evening. Other companies were running several weeks out. The ladies that answered my call were friendly and helpful. I received a text message when Obed was on his way. He arrived promptly and was friendly and knowledgeable. We live in the mountains in a house that had ducts for heating but no AC. I reached out to The Bee on a Friday afternoon, and by the next Tuesday we had working AC. They responded to my online inquiry the same day Friday, and Howard was out on Saturday to assess and give us a quote. He went through several options for us and we had the final quotes emailed to us on his way out the door.

They were able to do the install Monday, and we got an electrician to do the final hook-up Tuesday (I think we got a little lucky with the timing, but it was pretty fantastic). Their quote was reasonable and everyone from their office crew to the installation team were great to work with, professional, and efficient. Being 8.5 months pregnant, it is amazing to be able to flip on the AC and not be sweating all night and not worry about our toddler being too hot. Would definitely recommend.

Orlando arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He needed a part, so he left and returned immediately to finalize repairs. He also gave me excellent insight into how my unit works, the role and source of the water supplies to my system, and things I can do to make sure the system operates correctly. My old furnace had to be replaced this year after many years of small repairs. We had The Bee Heat & AC recommended to us from a coworker and are completely satisfied with our new furnace. Our technicians, Orlando and Zach did a wonderful job installing the new furnace and did a few additional things to ensure my old AC unit would run more efficiently and also ungraded some pipes to bring things up to code. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get quality work done at a reasonable price!

We had our old boiler replaced and some baseboard heat piping replaced by Adrian at The Bee. They were timely and very affordable. Howard (owner) was happy to work with me on any issues i had, including an issue i had which had nothing to do with his work. He came out free of charge, diagnosed and fixed my issue. Everyone here is honest and forthright. I did not have service people trying to up-sell me. The did my heater check and service in the late fall. They told me what they were doing and the service was top notch. Prices are very reasonable. When it's time to get my AC checked out for summer this is who I will call!

David the tech was awesome, he showed me what was wrong with the furnace (it wasn't the thermostat), fixed it and installed a new thermostat (because although the old one wasn't the issue, it was pretty rubbish) and explained to me how to do it if i ever want to change it for a smart thermostat. The price was fair, the service was impeccable. These guys are the best!

These guys did a great job of installing a furnace, ac, and humidifier in a timely manner. Howard wasn?t too pushy like other businesses we contacted and we appreciated that. Everything got done within a week and they installed a nest thermostat to boot!

They found a leak in the line and waited until we could have the home builder come out to repair that before they could continue with their services. Extremely responsive & timely in all communications. Garett was always on time, & explained that initial AC repair to our old R22 unit only worked about 33% of the time. It didn't work, but that repair was fully credited toward a new unit. Competitive pricing saved us a lot of $$. We really appreciated the fact that there was no push to 'up sell' at all. All staff were friendly, polite, & professional. We will call Busy Bee when it's time to do any future HVAC work.

The team with busy bee were very professional and knowledgeable about the industry and efficiencies. They were a delight to deal with and we were very pleased with the service they provided. Our 20 year system failed and needed replacement. They were very responsive to our needs. During the project they were conscious and respectful of our property and kept a clean working environment.
