When I called the company, the young lady who answered the phone. Valerie, was professional and efficient. She explained the maintenance plan, that would save me money over time. This company did an excellent job in repairing our A/C which was installed by another company that did not even have the courtesy to call and let us know when they could schedule us for service. The tech was very professional and honest this could have been an outrageous bill due to it not being under warranty but at the end it was only a broken wire that was malfunctioning making the unit short out. Unit is working perfectly now and was not charged for the wire. Thanks Swift Air for your service we will be using you again!
