Tavian is awesome. He explained what he was doing and what he was checking for as he worked inside the house. Once he was down from the roof checking on the unit, he showed pictures and explained what he saw. He then gave recommendations for what I needed to do to help the unit keep running in good shape. Freddie did an excellent job in servicing my AC/Furnace unit. He was on time, explained what he was going to do and did, and was a professional.

Earl and his coworker were great. On time (actually early with a call asking if this was OK), Friendly, and Professional. Completed full evaluation of AC and heating system with pictures and details. Provided excellent technical discussion on systems and options. My system is 24 years old so I know if will fail soon. Earl provided options on what to do but no pressure to make a quick decision. He took a very practical approach and I know I will reach out to Alaskan Air when I'm ready for a new system.

J.T. did an incredible job including keeping us up-to-date on what he was doing and the step by step conditions of our equipment. Would highly recommend. Unfortunately we did not use Alaskan as their price was almost twice of the company we used. I received a significant veteran discount which was part of the deal. Since we are selling, we wouldn't recoup the investment and the new owners will still have an AC with a warranty. That being said, everyone was extremely kind and professional. Earl was extremely attentive and thorough along with being a nice person and on time.

They arrived the next day as opposed to Goettl which was a 8 days out (we didn't use them). Everyone was so nice and helpful, I wish money wasn't an object. I do believe in their quality, it just wasn't what we needed at the time. Thank you for everything though and when we get our new home and need AC help, we will call Alaskan for our forever home.

Wow. What a great company. We got same day service when we called. Josh was the tech and he figured out the issue quickly and fixed it in the dark. I called Alaskan ac to come look at my unit that was not heating or cooling; Jeremy can out before they said he could because he was ahead of schedule and had my unit back up and running in no time. Not only did he fix my unit in a timely manner he went above and beyond to make sure he double checked his work and to ensure there weren't any other issues contributing to the problem. I would highly recommend Alaskan ac to anyone in need of ac repair and Jeremy for his excellent customer service!

Alaskan Air Conditioning sold me an air conditioner 5 years ago and they continue to service my AC. Earl has been the technician that has visited my home for the last 3 years and I request him ever since I met him. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. I came home to hot air coming out of the a/c and spent a horrible night in sweat. I woke up and submitted a request online, explaining my problem. I was called back quickly and the appointment was set- they gave me a time frame of 5pm to 8pm. At 4:50 pm I got a text showing me a picture and the name of the tech that was supposed to show up- Charlie. Moments later, he got there wearing booties and smelling fresh! He empathized with me and my daughter being so hot. He quickly determined I needed a new capacitor and replaced it. He answered all my silly questions and was patient with me. I didn't even have to go a whole 24 hours without a/c! I'm super impressed with the level of customer service they provided!

Talking with their office was pretty sweet. They answer the phone right away and scheduled me in very quickly. I was extremely pleased with their work and speed in which they got my air up and running. We were serviced by a gentleman named William who was very personable and actually really funny. I already highly recommend him to everyone!
