Elite Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

After being told by another company that I needed a whole new unit. I called Elite they came right over and charged my unit. I was very happy to find an honest repairman. From now on Elite and Armando get all my bussiness and I'll recomend them to all my friends and family.

In less than a minute of submitting my request on servicemagic my phone was ringing. They were out the same morning I called for service and finished the job the same afternoon. They were professional on the phone and on the job and the price was very, very reasonable. This will now be my Air Conditioning Company for all my cooling/heating needs. Thank you.

This is my one year annual inspection. Technician arrived on time. Asked many questions regarding the performance of the system if there were any issues. They checked all the specs on the condenser outside looked to see if there were any Freon leaks and how the system was running outside. System is running very well after one year change the filters inside and evaluate it the inside components and said all looks great. Very happy with them to evaluate prior to there being a problem included in the maintenance agreement.

I have used Elite for years now and am extremely pleased with their work and their employees. They promptly respond to requests for service and are very competent in the work they perform. They replaced my water heater as well as the soft water system for which I am no longer required to add expensive and heavy bags of salt. When it came time to replace the softener cartridge they came right out and finished in minutes. I am very satisfied with Elite and highly recommend them to others.

I've used elite on several homes I've had in Las Vegas. I have no plans to use anyone else. They never disappoint. They're friendly, professional and have very fair and respectable prices. Today Alan came and inspected the AC unit on a home we purchased last year and gave us great advice. He took time to answer all of my questions and was polite and professional. Thanks!

Trey was the technician that came out. He was/is very friendly, courteous, professional, and aware of the quality of work he provided. He made sure that everything was done correctly as he checked his work when he completed each task and checked everything again when all the work was completed. As a company, we have used Elite when it came time to replace our air conditioner and heater.

We were equally more than satisfied with the products and quality of work with the a/c technicians. When anyone has asked me, I have highly recommend Elite and will continue to do so.

Elite has been my AC/heating maintenance company for 10 yrs. I have been very satisfied with the service they have provided. I always request Alan to preform the maintenance. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explains the condition of my AC and heating units (both are 20+ yrs old), without pressuring me with a sales pitch.

This was a terrific encounter with a terrific company (Elite heating and Air). The technician arrived on time and explained in full what was scheduled and immediately went to work. He was a very pleasant young man and answered all my questions and concerns. He went about his work in a professional manner and completed the entire operation in a decent time.

He also volunteered to change my A/C filter which sits about 18 feet above the floor and is a total nightmare every six months when the filter needs to be changed. When you get to be over 70, climbing a ladder and balancing on a ledge is not your idea of fun. We have had our Elite system for about 5-6 years and it has been a wonderful investment. I recommend Elite to everybody looking to install a new A/C system here in the Las Vegas area.

I watched elite rip off one of my neighbors with an ac problem. I heard the tech that came to fading night court a few months ago give the poor single lady such a line of BS about how many things are wrong with her units and this part breaks this and so on. could have been a $300 simple repair but no.....
2 days later truck pulls up with 2 brand new central air units they ripped her off telling her she needed, The house is new built in 2009 a 2 story house. You should be hammered with bad reviews for ripping off people like this. shame on you. I should have called channel 8 news and reported you
