Rob and the AC Medic crew are amazing. The previous excellent reviews about them are why I first contacted them, but who they have repeatedly shown themselves to be are why I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if need be. If you need someone to come out, you owe it to yourself to at least see what they have to offer. I don't normally ever leave reviews, but I truly appreciate them so here I am. There's a reason they recieve excellent review after excellent review. because they deserve them. Call them.

I am VERY pleased by my recent experience with A/C Medic. Unlike many other HVAC companies, a human being actually answered the phone both of the times I called them prior to my appointment. The technician, Alex, arrived shortly before my scheduled appointment time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem for a reasonable price. He also made helpful suggestions for maintenance services to prevent me from having air conditioning issues down the road.
Most importantly, for me, the people at A/C Medic took my concerns about being at high risk for complications from Covid-19 very seriously and were able to provide me with a totally contact free service. They communicated with me by phone from outside the house and allowed me to do the inside portions of the job (switching the unit on and off) myself. Good communication is very important to me and A/C Medic did exactly that from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

We looked at many companies before deciding to have A/C Medic install our new system. They helped us decide on the right system for us and we could not be happier with it. Robert has been available for everything we have needed. He was there for the install which went very well. Jessica in the office went out of her way to help us get our rebate from the power company. So, if you need a new system, we highly recommend them.

I turned on the air conditioner the first time this year and the house only got warmer as the day went on. I liked the reviews that I saw on next door and called them. They returned my call immediately and came the next day. They found a few issues and sent an estimate the next day. It was fixed quickly. This all occurred in less than one week. I am very pleased with the results and will have them do our maintenance also.

The blower motor went out in our furnace on a cold Friday and the folks who installed the unit said that it would be over $1000 for the part and labor if the system was out of warranty. They said they'd be able to check the warranty on Monday. I called A/C Medic for a second opinion and Robert was able to check if my system was under warranty right then (which it was). He said that if the system wasn't under warranty it would have been a small fraction of that cost to replace. I highly recommend calling A/C Medic.
