Living in an old house and we have slowly replaced every piece of equipment as it got older and failed. Rhymes has done all the work from the 2 ac units to the water heater and boiler. Prices are competitive but the service is where it stands out. The techs are on time, professional and friendly. They communicate with you about the progress and they do the work right. No cutting corners.

After installing a new furnace and a/c last Christmas Eve, David came back to complete the a/c install that could be done earlier due to the cold weather. The team was fantastic. They were on time, courteous, quick, and did great work. At the end of the install they walked me though everything to explain what was done and answered any questions I had. Even the sales process was better. I had three quotes from other local companies and Rhyme was much easier to deal with and cheaper for the same equipment.

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year. We called Rhymes the next day and they had a service technician out within 2 hours. He offered to fix the problem but because our furnace was 35 years old, recommended that we look at new furnaces before spending a lot of money fixing the old one. The salesman came out and showed us all the options they offered.

No pressure, just good information, knowledge, and experience in the industry. After looking at all our options, we decided to buy a new furnace. Rhymes offered multiple financing options, with zero out of pocket and well within our budget. The install team was out the next morning with our new furnace. The team was professional and had the old furnace out and the new one installed within a few hours.

This all was accomplished in less than 24 hours. And with temps in the single digits, we were very thankful for the hard work and dedicated Rhymes staff from service, sales, and installation. I will not hesitate to recommend Rhymes to all my friends, family, and co-workers.
