The staff at Hoffman Plumbing made a stressful experience (who doesn't need hot water?) so much less stressful! Of course the water heater needs replacing on Christmas Eve! Of course there's a water leak at our son's home ON THE SAME DAY! My call for help was returned even before I could finish leaving a message, and less than an hour later we received a call to schedule our replacement.

The gentleman who came to do the work was personable, knowledgeable and professional - we couldn't ask for more. Our son's experience was just as positive as ours - two endorsements from two households in the same family on Christmas Eve - what could be better?

I looked for a better alternative to Roto- rooters, which I had used before and became very expensive. Huffman and Plumbing had good reviews so I decided to try this Company. I am very satisfied with the service I received, and will use them again. They charged me no extra fees, and I got the pipe unclogged. The personnel at the main office ( specially Lisa) were excellent as well.

They very carefully removed just a small amount of cement surrounding the downpipe and located the leak. Cut out and replaced the leaking section, and finished up in just a bit over two hours. Great work, and reasonable cost. Hoffman Plumbing is now my go-to company for any future plumbing needs!

We had Jesse out to replace a shower valve. He came, he plumbed, and he left. On time. Neat and tidy work. Efficient. Pleasant and a credit to his company. Making the appointment was also a good experience although the date was a bit distant. Fortunately it wasn't an emergency. If it was, I'm guessing they would have figured that out too. Happy to have found our go-to plumber.

I've used Hoffman several times, but they were especially good on this last one. We had a seemingly simple problem, a shower drain that we couldn't unclog. Roberto did a heavy snaking and thought he had nailed it, but the clog came back next day. They came straight back within hours and figured out the real problem was a bad trap under the house. They fixed that, charging only for additional parts. You couldn't ask for better service or fairer treatment.

Making an appointment was very easy and I got a call back quickly (most places don't ever call back). A couple days before the appointment they sent out a reminder (always a plus). On the day of the appointment the plumber called and said he could be early and if it was OK for him to do so (yes please). He arrived right at the time he said he would and was friendly, did the repairs and even showed me how to do it to avoid a call out in the future (turned out to be a real simple process with my toilet model to fix leaky water tanks). Fast, professional and cared about saving me money in the future. I'll be using them again whenever needed - such a smooth process compared to previous plumbers I've used.

Hoffman Plumbing was great. Had a main waterline break. They said no problem and Jesse was here that evening. He was professional and solved the issue. (Great guy) Water was back on and all happy. Highly recommend them!

Since I purchased my home a little over a year I have had the folks at Hoffman Plumping do a few projects for me. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Rich and Roberto. They arrived on time to fix a bad valve on the Fridge line. Both were super friendly and professional. As a Veteran, I appreciate that this is a Veteran owned company. I will continue to use Hoffman Plumping in the future and highly recommend them.

We had our water heater die on a Saturday morning. I contacted Hoffman Plumbing through the Yelp app for a quote. The woman called within 5 minutes and gave us a quote over the phone. She told us the technician would come by that day to see what was wrong and would be able to do a new water heater installation on Tuesday, if we needed a new one. We found out that our dead water heater was 13 years old, so we weren't even going to attempt to fix it and we just wanted a new one.

When the technician called, he told us that he wouldn't have time to come out that day, and that he could do it the following day (Sunday), but that we would be charged an overtime fee since it was a Sunday. We decided to keep our Tuesday appointment to avoid the additional charge. A few hours later he called us back to let us know that they had the new water heater in stock and they could do it the following day without any additional charges.

We were available, so he came out at 8am on Sunday to replace it. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We've had the new one for about a week and so far, so good. Also, they do offer a veteran/military discount.

Hoffman's is a great company for any plumbing needs. They are very responsive and keep appointment times. They are very reasonable in pricing and their service is wonderful.

The water heater in our vacation rental stopped working on a Saturday, while a guest was in the home. I called a couple plumbers for emergency repair, but Hoffman was was the only plumber to pick up the phone at 7pm on a Saturday night. They started the repair on Sunday morning and were done replacing the water heater in about 2 hours. Minimal inconvenience for the guests. Highly recommended, will call again!

We had Hoffman Plumbing out to fix what fortunately turned out to be two minor problems. It was so refreshing not being gouged for repairs.
