On Christmas Eve with temps Outside in the 30's our furnace stopped working. I called Air Max, 30 minutes later the owner of the company Doug, arrived to fix the furnace and he had it fixed within the hour. He presented me with a bill that was less than a family meal at most restaurants. This is the third time I have used Air Max service, they also installed my new air conditioner. My a/c wasn't cooling properly in the middle of summer! I had guests arriving the next day. They came out immediately. The technician was so polite and honest. He went out of his way to obtain and install my unit that day. He gave me choices for the brand of unit to buy and choices on what to replace and honest quotes. He was completely professional, kind and left everything spotless clean at the end of his work. They were great. They have earned my loyalty as a customer and they are the only ones I'll ever use again!

Harold and the guys are the best, replaced my entire system and my water heater for me. They also installed my WiFi thermostat and got me hooked up remotely.
