I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Dana and his team at DT Air Conditioning. Dana replaced my condenser unit and evap coil with an upgraded Carrier 16 Seer system. All of my supply and return ducting in the attic were replaced with bigger and more efficient R8 ducting. My returns in the wall were increased in size and an additional return was added in the ceiling to allow more airflow to the furnace. Now the upstairs in my house feels amazing. It's 100 degrees outside, but its 71 degrees with 48% humidity inside. I am a customer for life!

I have been shopping for an air conditioning unit for over 3 years where companies come out to your home and offer quotes and decided to go with DT because of their genuine concern of what my actual needs were, and they did not try to up sell me just because they can. I am so glad that I did because I got a brand name unit, service completed on the promised day and easily the best price from 3 years of quotes

Dana was professional from start to finish. His suggestions for improvement to our current situation (21 year old system) were spot on. We purchased two variable speed units from him. He was prompt, he and his crew worked diligently and completed the job in one very full day. He carefully removed the old unit and left the attic cleaner than when he arrived. Dana came back the day after installation to check everything out once again before payment was required. We would highly recommend DT Air Conditioning and Heating!

The Carrier 19 SEER unit looked like it came right off the factory floor and when we checked the manufacture date they were only 2-3 months old! The team of installers did a great job, and considering the amount of old duct work that needed replacing, it was a massive project for them.

I also needed an extra return air vent and Dana provided that at no cost, letting me know that other companies would probably not do the extra work but he wants every job done correctly. I highly, highly recommend DT Air. Now my home feels amazing and the dehumidifier is a wonderful extra feature to keep our house cool all day long. No more summertime blues for us! Update: I thought they were reasonable until I found out online the capacitor they replaced cost less $20 but they charged $229 (+ $85 service fee) The amount of price difference shocked me. The business owner said they are very competitive. He may be right but I can't verify it. For the price difference reason, I am changing their rating. ---- The technician showed up on time and quickly identified the source of the problem. He explained it and then fixed it for a reasonable price. I would hire them again, if needed!

The installation of our new AC and heating system was done on the date promised. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The technician and the installers did an excellent job. There was very little disruption while work was in progress. My wife and I are excited to have a new highly efficient system. Price and quality were our primary concerns and we found both with DT Air Conditioning.

Dana and his employees installed a new AC/heating system to replace my original one. They gave me a quote, but it turned out to be a very difficult install because part of the system is in the attic and the system did not quite fit without removing/reinstalling the attic staircase. Thus the AC/heating install took several hours longer, but they did not charge extra. Today, when the attic staircase door won't close due to the spring latch, they came within 40 minutes from my call to fix the problem. I was relieved because it is late Friday when most technicians are headed home. Thank you!

Dana and his team are excellent to work with. From the time I first contacted Dana about a quote for my downstairs unit until his team arrived at my home, the entire process was easy and no haggling. Dana's team showed as scheduled and completed the installation of my HVAC system without any issues, his team was professional and efficient. I would recommend DT Air Conditioning & Heating.

The last 2-3 times they had been out they were saying my system was on it's last leg. Two weeks ago there was a "slow" leak of R22. We were hoping to get it through the season. Slow ended up being 48 hours (unfortunately). I made the decision to replace the system (inside and out). Dana provided a large amount of time on the phone educating me about heat pumps, and systems as a whole, as tech has evolved a bit since my dad who did this retired. Dana said I would have two quotes by the morning.

They came in around 2:30AM (Sleep if this wasn't automated).I bounced the proposals off my father (a retired HVAC guy) and I went with a two stage unit inside and out. Dana was there bright and early on a Monday measuring things. He got in the phone to call the people picking up pieces to make some adjustments to get the most out of the physical space.

They were awesome staying on top of the install all day. Toward the end of the day it was time and we fired it up. The new system is quiet, and I actually have it set 3 degrees warmer in the summer than my old system and my kids don't complain as they did about the old system. Dana also ended up climbing into my attic and doing some minor duct work to help maximize the air flow.

I cannot image how hot it was there in August after the heat of the day. He didn't flinch. He did what he could there for now and said it should hold until later when it's cooler and he can come back and make some adjustments with bigger ducts, etc. All of that on his youngest child's birthday. This company is honest and dependable. Zee came out to fix our air conditioner and got it done quickly. They are not like other companies that charge for every little thing. They are all about providing the best customer service and truly care about doing a good job. We will be customers for a long time.

I scheduled a routine maintenance check on my unit in anticipation of the extremely high temperatures predicted for the next week. Zee arrived exactly on time and immediately began his inspection. He found that a couple of electronic parts were weak but told me that they might last for a couple more years, giving me the choice as to whether I wanted him to replace them now or wait until they went out.

He didn't pressure me one way or the other. He also tested the Freon level and found that it was low. Zee then discussed the total cost estimate with me and I decided to go ahead and take care of everything right now. When he finished the work, it was $100.00 less than the estimate. The job was not cheap, but it was done very well and the cost was reasonable and fair.
Zee has done A/C work for me several times in the past and I can tell you he is a credit to the company and to the Air Condition business in general. I will use the company again.
