I highly recommend Honest Abe Comfort Solutions! Marisa, Orlando and crew have been a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and overall amazing people! They truly care any their customers. They were able to fix/replace my ac within hours of me calling. They made my us a priority, which you don't get when dealing with other companies. Our fan capacitor went out yesterday(6/16/22). I called this morning(6/17/22) about 830, and someone was out at the house by 951 this morning. It was fixed by 1030am; price is reasonable and affordable. Would recommend to anyone. Having a small business myself, I wanted to stick with a small business, rather than a chain. Plus that they are also Veteran owned, as my husband is also a Marine Corps veteran.
Happy to be able to help another small business and also a fellow Marine owned company. I also wanted someone close to us in hopes that would help get it repaired today, as long as it wasn't something major. Thank you for fixing it so quickly with our early heatwave going on! Orlando and Marisa are the best! Our HVAC system was on its last legs and we were crossing out fingers that it would last until it could be replaced. Orlando came right out and gave us an estimate AFTER he emptied our overflowing drain pan to prevent further damage to the ceiling below. Unfortunately, the system we wanted was on back order, but it came within 2 weeks.
In the meantime, Marisa was patient with us getting our questions answered and redoing the estimate for us. Install was seamless and the workman cleaned up after they finished. I'm very particular about service, especially when we are talking thousands of $$$s, and Orlando and his crew were just as particular about their workmanship. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Honest Abe Comfort Solutions. After receiving a quote from another company, I called Orlando at Honest Abe and he was able to come out the same day and correctly diagnosis the problem with a quote significantly lower than the other company. Orlando is a thorough gentleman and a professional. No high pressure sales gimmick. Just like the name - honest. Orlando identified the issue, and fixed it. Also today the weather was bad in dfw and the company. I originally called canceled on me at the last minute. There was no heat from the furnace and no a/c from the air conditioner. Orlando did an awesome job to diagnose and fix the issues. Great transparency and honesty that become a rarity nowadays! I called Orlando and his team on recommendation from a neighbor after getting quotes from other companies that wanted me to take out a mortgage and give me an inferior system. Orlando came out and listened to my needs and went over options with zero pressure. I will always call his team for any issues in the future. Totally satisfied with the company from the receptionist the owner service Techs everyone I have met or contacted with telephonically. I highly recommend the company. I currently using for yearly maintenance program keeping unit in running. Had them move my indoor unit to the attic to receive even distribution of air flow throughout the entire house.

Honest Abe needs 10 stars. Orlando came to my house and walked me through the entire process of getting a new A/C unit and answered every question I had. DJ and his crew showed up on time and worked hard all day in the heat to get the job done, the guys cleaned up and even helped me move something. Marisa was amazing at working with me on getting it schedule and set up.

What a great company. We all need to support small businesses in these times. We had our old HVAC system replaced and Orlando and his employees did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous and hard working. Their receptionist, Orlando's wife was outstanding as well. She kept us informed on every aspect of the job. We have called Orlando for two issues with our system--over the summer for our AC and this winter for our heater. He has always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and transparent. In scheduling he responds quickly and is always early or on-time. When diagnosing the problem he fully explains and shows you what the issue is and is transparent about all pricing estimates.
He takes the time to answer questions and make sure that you understand and feel comfortable with his work. Also, when he finished, he made sure that the area was completely cleaned. From the office receptionist/person I was pleased with her knowledge understanding of my problem. When the technician arrived he diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and had my unit up and running. My temperature is the house went from 60 to 70,s quickly. I even signed a maintenance agreement with them because of the professionalism.

Orlando provided a fair quote for the job. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, cleaned up and walked me through the inspection of the new outside and inside units. The crew were attentive to details and worked around some other contracted services we had planned. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Honest Abe Comfort Solution, he has been doing our summer/ winter preventative maintenance on our unit for the past four years. Orlando is always up front on pricing which I love no hidden fees. This past summer our air conditioning went out I called Orlando and let him know, he was at the house within a few hours and he had it back up in no time.
